Lilidudz, did you see the bit where it says that you can only have max of 15kgs per seat, a lot of 1 year olds weigh that, Harry is 12kgs now and hes only 50% for his weight. (heck I know a few under 1's that would be approaching that) You know the saying often you pay for what you get. I don't think I would get it simply for the very very low weight limit for each seat and the safety factor of cheap prams always worries me. (when we lived in Aus there were a few accidents where prams collapsed, rolled away, due to bad craftsmanship) I would be tempted to return it, once you get it and it looks badly made.

Delicious I had a double mountain buggy for Liam and Connor (13 month age gap) and I will be getting another double mountain buggy this time around, (has to be an urban though) and they are FAB, there were very very few places I couldn't get around and if I couldn't I would usually park the buggy somewhere really annoying so that I made a statement. Shops that have their isles stacked with crap, homeware shops were always the worst. Like someone else mentioned they are pretty much inline with a wheelchair so in theory you should be able to get around. I didn't find it much more difficult to get in and out of my car and I had a small hatch back, you find the perfect knack of getting it in and out.

I also have a MB basinette that I will use for the baby for awhile on the double MB, so if you look out for one that has that (often they do come up) you might find that really handy too if your doing school pick up walks because you can put baby to bed in that and then move it onto the pram.

I've personally found the Phil and Ted Explorer (older model, not sure if its still available) really good. Bubs can lie flat on the back, toddler can be up the top and then when baby is older it can go in the back and the toddler can be in the main part of the buggy.

With being inline its easy to get around shops and places like that. Well except for the mental places like Shipmate said who stack their aisles full of stuff and its hard to even get around with a tiny umbrella stroller or something.

Seratone - there is a cover at the back of the P&T? A sunshade type one and the raincover comes with one as well I think.

Personally I've always thought the side by side MB's look quite difficult to maneuver and get through single doorways but obviously they aren't given how many people love them grin

Another double MB fan here smile

We fit ours fine into our toyota previa. But before purchasing (on trademe) we tried a friend's MB in our boot just to be sure.
