My wee guy is coming up 7weeks. For the last 2 weeks he has been very unsettled with sore tummies as well as lots of wind. We have had periods of 2-3hrs of crying/ feeding/ vomiting. Ive been using infacol to try helping him with the wind and we are having a bit of success with that.
After a feed his poor wee tummy is so gurgly and he is very farty ( which are quite smelly).
So, for all teh above reasons Ive decided to try going dairy free in my diet to see if it helps. Have also got him booked in to see an Osteo tomorrow.

Does anyone have any good ideas for what I can eat - especially for lunch and breakfast? Anyone know what biscuits I can have ( cos i love a biscuit with my cuppa!) Any other hints would be much appreciated.

Ange
