Does anyone know the starting dose for domperidone.

My Paed said it was the next step but he hasn't returned my call yet doesn't work fridays and mondays. I am seeing the Gp today and hope that if i go with enough info i will be able to confince them to prescribe.

Alex is 8 months and 8 kg
