doc has put me on 10mg (1/2 dose) loxamine for anxiety - i havent taken any yet, what time of day is best to take them and should it be with a meal? and what can i expect to feel. i am worried i will be nauseous or really tired (seems to be some effects people have on ad's) and i have two young kids to look after.? thanks

sorry, haven't heard of that one, or tried that one, but all the best with it.
You could check with a nurse about time of day to take it if you are unsure?
I have had 3 different types of AD's and never had to have them with food.
