Have fun at the 7s! I used to like taking a walk through town on 7s weekend to check out the cool/crazy costumes laugh Saw my dad there dressed up as a lady once giggle

Lunna do you run with baby in the buggy? I feel I'd be too unco to do that.

Had a 2 hour walk this morning laugh I was only going to walk one way as it was HOT this morning, but then it cooled down so I just walked home too laugh hopefully makes up for the piece of 'anniversary cake' I had with lunch blush

wave Been going well here. Have joined up on MFP as will stop WW soon. Rather not pay LOL.

I have been for three morning walks plus an extra 5.5km walk and have done the 30DS 2x (Wed & today). It's going well and I am feeling well. Loving the feeling of exercising especially first thing.

Hope the scales show some reward though!! whistling

No pizza here but I can say I enjoyed my afternoon lazing around in the pool with my beer giggle

I went out and brought some decent walking shoes and clothes and Im going to try walking the kids to school & daycare on Monday (bit hard with a 3.5yo who gets tired) and then walk home the long way after I have done my teacher aid thing in DS' class. Its a 5 minute walk there and if I come back the long way I think maybe 40 minutes...

i used to walk to kindy last year with kaia in the pram, then i'd just walk and push an empty pram back home lol Now she rides her running bike there while I walk or ride.

Had a bit of a realisation at the 7s - lots of very sexy young ladies all dressed in very little. And what I've been assuming is mummy tummy because my body is refusing to forgive me for 5 pregnancies. But having seen all these girls I'm realising I'm being unrealistic in my flat tummy expectations. Yes some women do have flat tummies, but also a lot of very slim girls still have a rounded tummy.

And I've just ordered pizza for dinner, so combined with a whole weekend of naughtiness, my weigh in tomorrow is going to be a total write off!

Oh my what great losses coming in, and over a long weekend, well done. thumbsupAs expected a gain for me, pizza the other nite, a whole lot of duty free booze last nite and bbq, sat down and had pankillers and coffee for breastfast, lol. Man, haven't felt this sick in many years. Spending the rest of my hungover day feeling sorry for myself and making a meau for the week. Will have to pull finger.

still doing the same as the previous 2 weeks but I was at that stage in my cycle which bloats me a bit and i reckon this week its just all come off. I've lost 3.4kg over 3 weeks which is probably pretty average for most people starting on weight watchers I'd imagine.

Definitely NOT expecting that loss again, anything over 500g with I'm happy and keeps me on track to reach my goal by the end of the year. smile
