So today is CD 4 for me.
Lets hope that this month isn't to hard.
My little Lilly Lee would of been due on the 12th and i'm finding it a little hard.
I just have to stay positive and trust that I will have a baby one day.

PD - what a tough decision to make, but hopefully one you will find peace with blowkiss I went into TTCing this time round thinking that if I had another it would be fantastic but if it didn't happen I would be so thankful for the two I have, so I think I am in a good head space to stop if we decide to.

Yeah it's a bit sad that there aren't too many people on here. For me though, I honestly contemplated not joining this time around because I expected to get my BFP quite quickly, and I know that that can be hard for the people who have been trying for a while. It seems to be a board for people who haven't been trying for long enough to join the infertility threads, but have been trying for a few months. So maybe that's why a lot of people skip this bit. whaaat

Oxy I guess that aspirin may stop the clots? Make sure it is lowdose though if you decide to take it. I was told though to take aspirin once pregnancy is confirmed, not when TTCing.

DH was "too tired" last night so we didn't end up love sad why can't men understand the importance of timing!!
No matter how much i tried to convince him, he wasn't budging angrywife he better not have made us miss out on this cycle grrrrr

Oxy sorry to see AF arrived grouphug

Sammychch hug

BL maybe your right! I still think even if it only takes you one month, its still an emotional ride and it's great to get the support from here, i wouldn't begrudge someone joining and then getting a BFP the next month whaaat
We still have a couple of us here so hopefully we can clear the board!!
I hope you get your BFP soon blowkiss

awww Oxy sorry to see AF arrived. I get clots too for the first day of AF I know I've mentioned it in the past to my doc but they don't really seem to worry.

grouphug SammyCHCH that coming up to EDD is the hard one. I planned a nice day out with DH and we planted a rose at dusk and that helped a lot it was an acknowledgement of a significant day which it always will be yes

Well gp was great I have blood forms to be done during the month and a pelvic scan booked for tues afternoon next week so quite happy with that. She also wants DH to have some bloods done and semen sample (I just know he'll roll his eyes about that one). Nope she doesn't consider this usual so we'll see what the scan shows.

Mousey im soo pleased that your GP is actively doing something and not just brushing you off hug that is great!
My DH didn't like having to do the tests either, but in comparison to what we have to do....
So happy for you yes

wave Hi ladies. I am from the Donor Egg Thread and yes I have not conceived my little man of 9 months naturaly, nor is my pregnancy now from doing the baby dance.

Anywho, my point is that I am 47 and I will be 48 when my 2nd baby comes along and I say I am not too old!!! So, YES ladies if you think it is right for you to take a break from all this dissapointment and heartache and enjoy what is in your life right now, that is just awesome!! smile
rolleyes BUT the flip-side of that for me over my personal experiences is that PLEASE as (THE OLDER WOMAN) DON'T bury that desire of having a "baby of your own in your arms" too deep inside your heart because it will always be there to surprise you down the track in your life. If you have come to that peaceful place of accepting your fate without intervention, you have much strength and I admire you ladies for that. blowkiss
Do what ever you can with the support of DH or DP to make your dream happen. I know money is a huge issue for many. Turn over every possibility, ask many, many questions and look outside the square. Each one of us deserves to have our dream/s come true, no matter what that dream/s may be while we are here on this earth. cloud9

I lost a much loved sister sad and she has taught me if things arn't making you happy, if life is not going in the direction that feels right to you, "CHANGE IT" if at all possible.

I hope I have not said the wrong things to upset anyone. shrink That isn't my intention.

I wish you all only the best things in life.

Julie
