So im trying to think of a way I can better control my blood sugars through my pregnancy and its hard considering alot of the tips people give for ms etc is to suck on a lolly or eat something! Its kinda doing my head in

Im going ok, but at the moment I feel its a very hit and miss type situation when I eat because Im never sure how my basal is going to react.. Im managing to keep between 5-12, with most 12's being at around 9:30 in the form of a morning spike.
I want to lower my carb intake without it being detrimental to my growing babys' health. Can anyone give me some tips on low carb eating? Any website you can point me to?
