I am wondering about their Lose Baby Weight programme and wonder if anyone has tried it.

I was planning to go back to WW in February (online) but Dh reckons this plan might be a good fast start to get the weight off.

Would love to hear people's thoughts on this.

Only person I ever knew who did herbalife was my uncle, who was the fattest person I know. (Fatter AFTER herbalife, btw)

Fast start off = fast back on, + more. You are much better off looking at something that you can maintain once you reach goal, lovely as a fast off sort of thing would be.

I agree with Fel, there just are no easy or fast tricks to be honest. You need to make changes and stick to it and slowly work away at a healthier lifestyle.

Sadly my goal weight is nearly 40 kgs away and it is getting there that is the issue rather than keeping it off when I get there. I know WW works but I reckon it will take me two years to get to goal doing that programme.

We want to have another baby and I know that losing weight is what resulted in my first pregnancy. Trouble is I am 38 this year and my time is running out.

Thanks for your thoughts though.. I do appreciate you taking the time.

I wOuld go to a nutritionist or something then Clairet. They will be able to devise a programme of diet and exercise that will get it off you faster than something like WW, and probably cost less than Herbal life over all - while being genuinely better for you.

The fact is that you have a really good reason to motivate you, so what you need to do is find something to support that motivation - get a personal trainer and a nutritionist support. It will make you much healthier for carrying bubs when it happens too.

Good luck!
