Pretty great if you ask me Goat! Having a few logistical issues as I used to do a workout when the little fella slept but he is trying to shift his sleep time later which then runs into kindy pick up time, which then leaves me trying to squeeze in a workout in the afternoon hubby coming home/homework/cooking dinner kind of train wreck. I'm no good exercising after dinner, and it is flipping dark at 6am. It'll all work out, I just need to work out where our daily rhythm has got to!

I was hoping for a 4g loss (would love a 4kg loss but haven't earned that) as the weight of my tooth! Down a wee bit today, but feels like it should have been more.

Goat- look at your ticker shuffling along, you're doing great! Mistywood- Glad you got a better loss than 4 g! Maybe it will be a big loss this week? BK- It's hard fitting exercise around the kids sometimes huh? The school holidays were a nightmare for me with 3 around all the time. Messymama- well done on a 5% loss and starting to notice the difference Well done to all the other losses as well. 600 gm loss here, which I was surprised about TBH after a big loss the week before and not being good over the weekend. Maybe this tracking food on MFP does help? I'm off for a 10 km run after I've walked the kids to school and kindy this morning so that will help too.

Well done on the losses MessyMama, awesome result on losing your first 5% -well done!! Loss of 900g for me this week, just under where I started at so hopefully I can keep this up. Lunna, I've just started using MFP too, finding it very helpful so far. Just have to be consistent and stick to it! Right, off to do my workout now

Feeling a bit blah today DH has been away for over a week and I have been working part days. Havent had the ability to exercise. (excuses excuses I know) but with the munchkins beeing so busy with after school swimming, kea's and cricket its just not possible. Away out of town on fri night with just me and DH - cant wait !!! Will have to curb my eating to conterct no exercise but thankfully wont be any drinking involved thanks to the mega strong AB's I am on at the moment. Anyone else got any fantastic plans for the weekend?

not excuses monkey, sometimes it just can't be done. i've got no great plans for the weekend ... mind you, we're going to the canterbury / auckland game at eden park, so that'll be fun i suppose (not much of a rugby head me). and a mate is having a birthday drinkies thing ... i had it all planned out today ... i was going to eat healthy, go to yoga after work, then cycle home. in reality, i ate partly healthy, plus cheesy brazilian bread things my colleague made, ditched yoga, cycled only part way home in the pis$ing rain, then DH came in the car and rescued me (off his own bat), then got home and had curry and two glasses of wine ah well. tomorrow's a new day.

I have AWESOME weekend plans.....baby and I are going HOME Well, to Dunedin with a little stop in Wellington but I'm still very excited! (and currently ignoring the sucky situation that is taking us home just now). No idea what my eating will be like, but I'll be 3 hours behind everyone else with meal times so might not eat much No weigh in for me this week as i'm not back til monday night.

Hope all is OK Amie? Have a good trip anyways OK?!
I seem to loose every second week is anyone else finding that? I loose like 700g as an average and then the next week stay the same. Kind of annoying.
Hoping to be breaking into the next kg zone of 84kgs....and that will be my first 5kg loss....bring it on.

Hey MissyMoo!! I did the lose every second week thing for a year! lol, in the end it worked for me, but yes very frustrating at the same time. 700g every 2 weeks is actually really good, thats 1.4kg every month I hope the trip goes well Amie! Im totally off track at the moment, have gained a teeny bit back, so need to get back to tracking. My walking buddy is very busy at the moment, so its at least 1 more week of having to walk alone and motivate myself, wish me luck!
