I think bereavement is one of those times that you are allowed to eat your stress Hope you can fit in a walk or two to give you some clear-head-space.

Sorri to hear about your family Beekay, hope you are doing ok. Can see most of you are going well,I will have to kick as@ too catch up. Back from about 3 weeks in Samoa, haven't weighted, but should be ok as far as a weight is concerned lol. Was too darned hot to eat bout 97 most days and very humid for the first week just drank heaps of water and ate buggar all. BUT!!! am going to sux up some of this duty free booze before I weight lol Meanwhile have to go shopping and fill the cupboards again, for some reason (known only to my kids) they are all empty lol

Serious lack of motivation this week DH mentioned the other day that he wants to start getting fit for hunting season so I've encouraged him to encourage me! and we're both going to set a february challenge, no softdrinks for me (i said no coke but he changed it to no softdrinks which was a good call really!) and him no alcohol during the week. It will help me having him on board, though kinda sucks as he loses weight really quickly!!

I'm lacking motivation this week too. All this rain is doing my head in Good idea setting challenges for yourself. I'm going to think of something too (should be no chocolate)

So after two weeks of good losses go MFP, I'm now just crawling along and the scales are not showing much at all. I also got a wedding on Saturday so I'm preparing myself for a gain this week.

BK- hope you're feeling ok ............. how can you not lick the spatula My 2yo and 5yo don't let me get a look in at that any more! It's the fnished product that's my downfall. Goat- have a ball at the wedding Great that you've had big losses the past few weeks, don't worry about this one. I've been for a run and three decent walks this week and am feeling much better for it. Eating not going so well because BFing a hungry 7 month old gives me a huge appetite.
