Beekay Sorry I have been MIA - just spent two weeks in NZ! According to Mum's ancient scales I didn't put any weight on (despite those custard squares) but I'm now enjoying some quality hotel buffet delights in Kuala Lumpur on the way home. Oops Think the next few days might be a write-off - will have to see what the real damage is on Monday.

I thought I was doing really well this week with the eating, but then last night hit - and the vodka came out Then tonight my parents came for fish and chips for tea. Didnt have any, but ........... every time I walked past the table, somehow, a chip got into my mouth ??!!! And i walked past the table on numerous occasions

I've actually been relatively good this week - no booze. And I've had a gain I think. You know when you get those days where your scales just go random up? Well I think my weigh in last Monday must have been one of those random 'down's. I haven't been near the same weight all week.

well, i've no idea how i'm going to go tomorrow ... i had a great week while away on holiday and found myself 100g down when i came home. but then had two "i don't care days". yesterday and today have been good, but who knows what the scales will say tomorrow ....
still finding MFP good though. it certainly keeps me thinking about it!

those dang chips! hopefully the walking past counteracted them a tiny bit Mistywood, hopefully your scales move again tomorrow. sharyn don't give up! I chose to believe the weather report that says this rain will FINALLY ease this week ( I shall also choose to ignore what it said about showers, and ridiculous humidity :banghead: ) No Idea how I'll go in the morning. Haven't handled my stress well this week and ate far too much chocolate and didn't do nearly enough exercise! MFP has me 77 cals under my weekly allowance (I won't mention the fat/ carb/ protein breakdown ) so who knows. Good luck for the morning everyone!

Serious booze bloat here but no gain no loss either. I didn't even bother tracking my food and wine consumption on Sat night as there are far more important things to do at weddings.... like dance!!

600g loss for me, pretty happy with that when i've been on holiday back to work this week so i'll be cycling a couple of days, and hopefully finding time to go to a yoga class ... looking like a nice day for auckland anniversary day ... might take the kids out somewhere ...

800g gain for me, and I'm feeling most seen off as it was not deserved.
