Hi All,
The doctor's surgery was too busy for all the numbers, but my HbA1c came in at 5.3 which I think is a record. She just barked that everything else was okay and the doctor had signed off on it.

A good day all around, Annie. We are having a Chinook so the temps today were +5 instead of the normal average of -23. Snow melting all over the place.....

Gus Yesterday our temperature was +33° today it is down to +15° I couldn't take those minus's Gus.

Yesterday our temperature was +33° LMAO Annie, all last week we were MINUS 33, another five months and we will have our crack at +33 too. Hard to believe our knickers are determined by the weather..... Gus

Brilliant result, Gus.
Its supposed to be mid summer here, parts of the South Island awoke to snow and that was not in the high country either.

 I've got Psoriatic Arthritis and the meds have reduced my iron level. Gus  my knickers are determined by how my  reacts to iron tabs.
