This month I have had no fertile cm. If I don't get a bfp this cycle i'm thinking about trying Robitussin to thin my mucus. Has anyone tried Robitussin and does it really work. And if it does work which one did you buy

Oxy hopefully you don't need it but the robitussin EX (red box for chesty cough) is the best its around $20ish a box. I've been using it for the last two cycles and found it worked quite wellyesDefinately an increase in cm. I took it from the end of AF until the day after a + OPK 10ml in the morning and 10ml late afternoon. This month I used pre seed and well I'll let you know if that did the trick in a week or twowink

Robitussen helps with cm? Really? whaaat who knew?
I hope it works for you Oxy & hope the combo with preseed works for you mousey!! fingerscrossed

Back home, got loads of shopping & had an amazing meal out last night & won a wee bit of money at the casino. Such a great weekend with DH grin glad to b home though.

Symptom spotting but noticed I've been getting shooting pains in my boobs. They are always sore at this stage but not shooting pains. Also been really tired but not sleeping. Sorry TMI but bowels been irregular the last couple of days too.

Hope everyone's has a good weekend wave

Oo yes yes yes to robitussen! It doesnt have to be that brand though, it can be any brand with the highest concentration of guaifenesin in it yes It helps to thin whatever mucus you have and that includes cervical mucus. I found that clomid made my CM almost disappear, but the cycle i used robitussen it was there in abundance!

GOOD LUCK to all those in the TWW laugh

Another thing is just make sure it doesn't say the words decongestant as this is one you should steer clear of as its job is to dry the throat mucus and it dries down there out too apparently. Personally I've found pre seed much easier as you use it ahem in the heat of the momentwink whereas the cough syrup is a daily chore and it doesn't taste all that flash.

Yay for a great weekend Rainy yahooyahoo to winning some cash at the casino. Not long now till testing luck

Oxy Salbutamol is really good, it can be used for really bad coughs and also to stop prem labour I was on it from 28ish weeks last time and still had some in the cupboard when i got a horrible cough over xmas so i took it to stop the cough and i ended up with abundances of CM, i was really suprised.

Just back from a weekend away made the most of it while AF is around and had a few drinkies round the bbq while the weather has been great, My Brother and his fiance turned up at home and stayed for a couple days so that was nice.

Monday again tomorrow, just waiting for AF to leave now so i can get on with babytimes

I have a couple of HPTs but told DH to hide them from me & i wrote the date that in allowed to test if AF doesnt come but I can't remember if I wrote the day AF is due or the day after! Oh well. I think I can wait til Saturday!

Lil sounds like you had a great weekend grin

Slept like a log for most of the night. Had some horrific & vivid dreams though. They must have come from the book I'm reading.

Planning a spring clean today! The house is in desperate need of one!!

Yay Lil roll on the business side of the monthwink

yes Hang in there Rainy, why aren't you confident about this cycle?

I have no idea about my chances FF says that O day was CD12 but I didn't get a +OPK till CD13 so really not sure what to think at this stage. Big drop in temp yesterday and then a gain with todays which i'm hoping is a good sign. Dare I say it (i've probably jinxed myself now)but usually at 6 DPO(every cycle since my MC) I get the odd spotting starting everyday till AF arrives but have had none this time round, I actually been waiting all day for it to eventuate. Silly really gosh I need a better hobbygiggle

Hows everyone else getting on theres been a few absentee's these dayskissI hope your all keeping well.

Mousey sounds promising fingerscrossed

I'm not confident because I don't want to be. So then I get my AF I won't b too dissappointed. Last month I was so sure yet i was so wrong. Just trying to even out the rollercoaster somewhat.

The cruel thing is I've dreamt two nights in a row of testing & getting BFP. Eveb dreamt of having ms & also of breast feeding my new born baby!! But I know it's just in my mind because I want all if that so badly. cry

Morning Guys I found this prayer this morning thought it was lovely

The Fertility Blessing

You know my deep desire for a child
A little one to love and to hold, to care for,
to cherish. Grant that my body may conceive
and give birth to a beautiful, healthy baby in
Your holy image.

Guide me in all my choices so that this
conception, my pregnancy and my baby's birth
are in line with Your will.

Heavenly Father and Holy Mother,
hear this prayer of my heart, mind and spirit.

Amen.

What a lovely piece Oxy thanks for sharing xxkiss

I knew i'd jinx myself (re last post:rollyeyes:) spotting last night and today, cramps etc and now a very stingy utino so feeling totally crap I just hope if there is an eggie looking for a place to snuggle into I hope the latest events in there are no hindering my chances. I'm back to the drs next tuesday to see if theres a need for a dosage change on the progesterone as this dose has done didily squat and has not stopped this constant spotting from 6 DPO onwardsfrownI might push for a pelvic scan form I haven't had a complete check down there since my mc was confirmed in June. This spotting just doesn't seem right IYKWIM.
