DD2 is now 5 1/2 months old. With mild silent reflux on ranitidine. She is exclusively breast fed at the mo. I've been DF since my 3rd trimester. Both her older siblings have worse reflux and dairy intolerance...
I don't know what to do about dairy this time around.. I tried some cheese on 2 occasions this week and DD2 didn't react too much (was a little more spilly the day after one of the trials). So i tried some white chocolate today (will see what happens tomorrow..) DD1 used to SCREAM if i had anything containing dairy, so i'm really hoping DD2 might not be as sensitive...
I need to start solids soon and I would like to introduce some formula at some stage. (History suggests I'm not likely to BF for much more than a year)..
Any suggestions about what I should do with the dairy thing this time around? Should I keep introducing more and more dairy into my diet and see what happens? We've only seen the GP for her reflux, but I could go and see the paed. He suspect he would offer me neocate for her too (i could be wrong)..
