When i have AF now after the birth of my DS, it feels like someone has punched the living daylight out of me down there!
it's a really weird feeling, not painful as such but almost like someone has punched me 2-3 days ago and its bruised that kind of feeling whaaat

I know it must sound weird, but anyone else know what i'm on about or have i just smoked too much weed giggle

it could be a hormonal effect on the ligaments that have been stretched a bit since pregnancy. Sounds horrid but I sort of know how you feel. grouphug

Can relate hon. Had the same thing after af returned, round the 7-9 month mark with me.

For me it felt like someone had an iron claw in there and was trying to drag it all out ! sick I can relate to what you are saying about the feeling of pressure.

Not nice. Monitor it, and check with the Doc if you continue to be bothered or feel as if it is not normal, but I think it is all part of your body readjusting after childbirth. yes

I read somewhere, having a baby is harder on your body than running a marathon. 6 months to regulate metabolism and get back to normal after a marathon all things being equal. 12 months afterchild birth.

Women rock ! yahoo
