I use it and it has worked great for me. I do 3 interval training sessions a week and 3 resistance training sessions.

I started off 60 seconds on 60 seconds off and I'm now down to 45 seconds on 15 off.

Cochin, do you mean 45 seconds sprint, then rest? On a treadmill, bike, rower...?

I do any exercise that gets my heart up. I usually do around 15 mins and I've been told that if you do 20 mins or more that you are not working hard enough.

Burpees, sprints, kettlebell swings, jumping lunges are just a few things I try. I like to mix it up.
