I feel your pain Beth, I haven't commented as my boy is up to all sorts of tricks at night. He knows when it is bedtime and goes down quite happily and sleeps fairly well. But the wake ups are much to frequent. Last night was 1am, 3am, 4am, 5am, 6am - it was just horrible I had to tell Sam to get up and take the boy away from me so I could sleep - I got up again at 8am and felt better. One goodish night and then the next one up too frequently - ugh!

I get it too, I get the odd good night but many rough ones too. I keep thinking I'm determined to only BF and this too shall pass.

Kim, DH takes F in the morning between the time he gets up and the time he goes to work so I can sleep in. He gives the two older boys breakfast and gets them dressed. I love that man.

F, DH & I went to the Muppets at the movies tonight, it was fantastic! F slept or fed and it was a lovely movie.

I am sooooo happy right now.MAddie just slept 9 til 4!!!!!!!

I didn't get to bed until 11:30 after watching a movie with DH but even so knowing she'd been asleep that long made it so much easier to get out of bed.

Definitely a night of good sleeps.

After Maddies 7hour stretch she then followed it by a 2 1/2 hour sleep so was up at 6:30. She is still awake now- can't get over how little she sleeps in the day. Yesterday afternoon from 3-9 she had about 30mins sleep!

grouphug Mel.. I hope it isn't a sign. Don't want my number 3 to be a nightmare.

Must have been the night for good sleeps. Aiden slept from 10-6. Absolutely awesome. cloud9 Just wish I had gone to sleep earlier! I too stayed up watching a movie with DP.

Well off to buy a new vacuumm cleaner today. Big sale on. Girls were supposed to go to daycare, but went to drop them off and they said they didn't have them booked in. Apparently they are moving over to a new system and bookings have been mixed up. Oh well.

Mel DS3 is usually fine it was the big kids winding him up!

I was out from 10 and got home at 1:45 and had to feed Maddie twice while I was out and then again as soon as I got in!!!!

I bought a sterilliser and some teats in Farmers sale and have a friend who said she has heaps of bottles I can have as her son didn't like them and they've not been used. I have the stuff now ready for when I do decide to use it.

Got Maddie into bed at 8:30 tonight in her new sleepbag/swaddle thing I got from the sleepstore. I have put her in it with the arm holes done up and see how we go- she has plenty of room to move her arms around inside.

Hope the babies all do good sleeps again tonight and that the older kids do too (Mel ;-) )

Bugger about DS3 Mel- do you know what is waking him? COuld you put a gate on their bedroom door so he can't get out? The big boys would be able to open it when they get up.

Maddie was superstar last night 8:30-4:30-7:30, a very happy mummy here.

Don't know if it was the new sleeping bag/swaddle thing I got or she has just decided to sleep- we will see how we go but I could get used to that kind of sleeping.
