you can put in your height and goal weight (or any weight) and up pops picks of real women that are that height and weight!

Quite like it myself!

Well done Lea cheer

I bet the Pizza was worth it Acid Trip! We had a rare treat of pork belly tonight, sooooo good but WOW at the calorie hit in that! I did compensate during the day and only had a small bit but OMG! Added the breastfeeding allowance today to stay within my limit rofl I haven't been adding that.

I also figure the wakeboarding I did today would have burnt a fair few calories too cool

I have been a total slacker and missed out on doing it, despite starting off great for a week and getting hubby to do it too!

Oh, I have a request from snortiblog? I presume that's one of you guys? wink

How long does it take to register on the scales? I've been sticking to the allocated calories etc but my scale isn't budging!

How long have you been using MFP, IP? I have been tracking my calories for 3 weeks and have lost an average of a kg a week. It pretty much registered on the scales straight away.

Mine took about 3-4 days to kick in, but then I was reducing calories and exercising. Tomorrow might be the morning for you!

wave

i started using MFP a while ago but hmm have kinda lost the buzz...could really do with some motivation tho, so if anybody would like to add me, please go ahead!! my name is clueless2012

Am doing really well with the exercise, i go to the gym 5-6 days a week and do a range of les mills classes, including Body Pump, Body Combat, CXWORX, Power Step, and Zumba.

Something is happening, as my body is deffinately changing (i measure by a pair of jeans im trying to get back into, and taking pics each week), but the scales are showing 1kg UP from my start weight...so i think i really need to focus on my eating now that i have the exercise happening.

if anybody has any tips/info that might be useful, id love to hear it smile

Thanks kiss

I have done something dumb in my MFP setup and as I started a new week I was back to over 4000 calories a day snort Im off to NZ for a few days so wont be using MFP so hopefully I will be able to keep off the weight I have lost. When I return Im going to have to sit down and work out where the calories allocation is coming from.

IP hang in there, it took about 3-4 days before I saw any difference.
