Ok, so I know biggest loser is starting again this week, but I've joined that a couple of times before & never got anywhere.
This time around I've joined http://www.myfitnesspal.com in the hopes that'll get me motivated to lose some weight.
Is anyone else on there? Do you wanna be my friend? I only have 1 friend on there smile
I'm ORosie on there if you wanna add me

Jeez - my "friends" can see what I've put in my food diary! Well the shame of that might at least curb the snacking!!!

1 oz vodka = 69 cals, no fat etc
4 oz Poms (1/2 the bottle) = 75 cals, 18 carbs. 1 protein.

So total cals 144

I didn't even fill out my dinner diary - I'd already gone over my limit for fat by afternoon tea (damn those Lindt Chocolates) so I'll try again today.

I can only see your exercise, unless I'm looking in the wrong place smile

If you click on my name you go to my page, and then beside where the photo is are three green buttons - "send message", "remove friend" and dum dum dummmmmm "view diary".

Shouldn't have told you that, now you'll see what a piggie I am! Still have Christmas mince pies and chocolate in the fridge, and a distinct lack of will power. Will have to see if shame trumps chocolate!

CountryMum - in the options you can choose to not share your diary smile Either private, public, friends or password protected.

I've had MFP for ages but never really used it. Always had trouble with the barcode scanner but it seems to be working heaps better now (probably helps that I read the tips in how to make it work better). I tried it on 3 things in the pantry - Watties sliced beetroot came up as Watties Chunky Beetroot (but probably the same values?), Sealord T&B tuna came up right and it didn't recognise Kings Choice Rice but was easy to add it as long grain white rice.

I've just read K's food diary - very interesting! (it's the first one I've read) It's more interesting cause it can give you an idea of what others eat to keep them under that limit.
