Well done on the good losses this week laugh

Goat, my goal is the next decade this week too laugh Its only 200g away and I can TASTE it!

300g loss for me this week. My headspace is feeling a lot clearer too so I know I'll be back on track this week laugh

Hey all, I just reappeared in the BL after a disastrous December and Jan that saw me gain way too much! I've also just started working (and living) on a cruise ship, so fitting in working out has been hard. I'm trying to take the stairs as much as possible as an easy way to burn a few calories! I'm hoping being part of this will help me stay motivated!

Hope everyone had a good week and a loss!

22/45 people weighed in today. 15 people haven't weighed in for a fortnight. So if you're still weighing in...you're already winning!

Good work all you loosers smile

I stayed the same this week so was happy about that. Just had a massive weekend away with my brother in law and his wife and kids. Ate and drank way to much (I weighed in early on fri as was away from my scales this morning) and I have a wedding on this weekend - not expecting anything but a gain next week.

Will forget the diet on sat at the wedding - she is the only family i have left in our generation so I am just going to enjoy my day smile

Well I knew my weigh in was going to be bad - back to the same I was at the start of this BL pretty much - but I also asked BK to record it as a 'stay the same' because I don't want to be the biggest loser next week just because I've stopped stuffing my face, when someone else has worked really hard and deserves the win from a real loss.

Some great losses being posted this week. Well done everyone who kept on track over the long weekend.

I have cut out white bread, chocolate, chips, lollies and put some exercise into my life. Also watching my portion sizes, eg a cake of soap size is about what we should have in a serving of potatoe eg.

good losses, I am very slowly shifting in the right direction, but it takes so little to tip the scales back the wrong way!

sorry for not weighing in BK. No change for me..not going so great!!
Went away for the weekend so irregular eating, lots of food..but did get a 6 hour walk in when me & dh went for a hunt.
Going well with my no softdrinks, soooo tempted especially when a can was put in front of my to drink as it had gotten slightly opened somehow. One week in smile Had a couple of beers but that was a good effort for the fact that due to weather there was a lot of sitting aorund drinking & chatting. You can still have fun while sipping on cranberry juice smile

So how is everyone going?

I've completely lost all my motivation and so am struggling at the moment. Not just weight loss motivation too, its seems to be affecting everything at the moment.

Anyway I noticed I've been avoiding this thread which is one of my 'habits' I fall into (denial/avoidance) when things aren't going the way I like, so I've decided I need to come back on and face the fact I need to lose weight and so I need to find my motivation again!

Good on you kasey. I've been feeling a bit blah too after eating and drinking what I wanted all long weekend. Still not feeling very motivated but just kind of plodding along with it, trying to stick to my calorie goal .....

I had a shocking weekend last weekend but have scraped through with a no change this week. 5 weeks under my WW goal weight so have decided to stop paying for Weight Watchers *gasp* BIG deal for me because I have been a member for 5 years!

Kasey have you tried MFP? Like you I lost it with my weight loss attempts just after Christmas. It was all too hard and a real struggle and if I did manage to lose weight it was usually the weight I gained the week before!

I decided last Sunday that today was the day, so I joined up on MFP and have found it great. I have joined the ebb group and have some of the ebb girls as friends on there which is nice & encouraging. Its good because you load what you eat up there and it tells you how many points you have left for the day etc, and if you set it so others can see your diary just knowing others are going to read it encourages you to be sensible.
