22/45 people weighed in today. 15 people haven't weighed in for a fortnight. So if you're still weighing in...you're already winning!

So Goat, MessyMamma, and Happy G, what have you chnaged to get great results, I could sure use some inspiration. The only thing I am doing different is not cheating I'm tracking on MFP and am tracking every little thing that passes my lips.

Good work all you loosers I stayed the same this week so was happy about that. Just had a massive weekend away with my brother in law and his wife and kids. Ate and drank way to much (I weighed in early on fri as was away from my scales this morning) and I have a wedding on this weekend - not expecting anything but a gain next week. Will forget the diet on sat at the wedding - she is the only family i have left in our generation so I am just going to enjoy my day

Well I knew my weigh in was going to be bad - back to the same I was at the start of this BL pretty much - but I also asked BK to record it as a 'stay the same' because I don't want to be the biggest loser next week just because I've stopped stuffing my face, when someone else has worked really hard and deserves the win from a real loss.
Some great losses being posted this week. Well done everyone who kept on track over the long weekend.

I have cut out white bread, chocolate, chips, lollies and put some exercise into my life. Also watching my portion sizes, eg a cake of soap size is about what we should have in a serving of potatoe eg.

sorry for not weighing in BK. No change for me..not going so great!! Went away for the weekend so irregular eating, lots of food..but did get a 6 hour walk in when me & dh went for a hunt. Going well with my no softdrinks, soooo tempted especially when a can was put in front of my to drink as it had gotten slightly opened somehow. One week in Had a couple of beers but that was a good effort for the fact that due to weather there was a lot of sitting aorund drinking & chatting. You can still have fun while sipping on cranberry juice

Good on you kasey. I've been feeling a bit blah too after eating and drinking what I wanted all long weekend. Still not feeling very motivated but just kind of plodding along with it, trying to stick to my calorie goal .....

I had a shocking weekend last weekend but have scraped through with a no change this week. 5 weeks under my WW goal weight so have decided to stop paying for Weight Watchers *gasp* BIG deal for me because I have been a member for 5 years!

Kasey have you tried MFP? Like you I lost it with my weight loss attempts just after Christmas. It was all too hard and a real struggle and if I did manage to lose weight it was usually the weight I gained the week before!
I decided last Sunday that today was the day, so I joined up on MFP and have found it great. I have joined the ebb group and have some of the ebb girls as friends on there which is nice & encouraging. Its good because you load what you eat up there and it tells you how many points you have left for the day etc, and if you set it so others can see your diary just knowing others are going to read it encourages you to be sensible.
