I just can't seem to shift the baby fat off my saggy drooping tummy bawling i say 'babyfat' its more likely self induced chocolate fat giggle

My tummy was never flat, but it was a lot better than what it is now that i've had a baby frown
the rest of the weight has come off fine, but i am struggling to get rid of my horrible saggy tummy. It doesn't look nice in clothes and i am just really selfconcious of it!
It looks like i just gave bith yesterday and my tummy is yet to go down

Anyone else had this problem and know of a good way to get rid of it??

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated!

No help either I'm afraid. I posted yesterday in the mini BL about mummy tummy and the fact that the only cure I can see is a tummy tuck. I'm trying to motivate myself to do ab exercises daily, but I do hate them....

hey ladies just thought id pop in here and let you know i have been talked into doing the Dukan diet by MIL. (bought the book from paper plus) its a high protein-low carb diet but not extreme like the atkins diet or anything icky like that. so on day 1 and not feeling too bad..the high protein is supposed to help with muscle mass if you team it with 30 mins walking a day, so am hoping it helps with my mummy tummy. thought id let you know and ill pop in and tell you how much ive lost (and if my tummy is going away haha) if you like smile

well...day one was ok, woke feeling awful this morning- mostly because of lack of sleep i think, partly because im sure this diet thing is making me detox too..but weighed myself and have lost 1.4kg in a day! lol ive never lost that amount in a WEEK- and hardly ever lost that much in a month before! (PCOS- very hard to lose weight..) and i know, its all mostly water, but hey- ill take it! lol.
