Went for my annual review this afternoon, HbA1c is 6, down from six months ago from 6.1 I am over the moon as I was expecting it to be a bit higher, I think sometimes I under estimate myself. GP was very pleased with me all other test were in the "normal" range, I heaved a sigh of relief now I can enjoy Christmas

Thanks guy's, I do have my off days but get quickly back on the wagon, sometimes it's hard to stay on track, specially at this time of the year but I guess all in all I am doing something right.
