Hi Bridie, not sure where to buy online but Bin Inn, countdown and Pak'nsave have Almond flour in their bulk bins, you could also try health shops. HTH Elizabeth, so nice to "see" you.

Thanks for all that information, everybody. I'll check out Bin Inn tomorrow and compare prices between almond flour and whole almonds. I always used to grind them as I required them....guess that's the most sensible way to do it.
Many thanks for all your suggestions. Walnut flour sounds devine but I'd most likely eat it from the spoon, knowing me!
Cheers
Bridie

Wow! I just had a look at your 'chart' and I am amazed at the technology you have at your disposal. We were from the old school.... we wanted a child a year after we were married so we just bypassed the chemist, and bingo, fifteen years later we were pregnant That's her in my avatar, now a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Happy day, Gus

WOW 15 years later, Gus, you must have been starting to worry.
Our first one arrived approx 8 weeks before our 4 th Anniversary, but we had had 4 false starts before he arrived.
Don;t know how this connects with Almond flour but i bet it helps.

WOW 15 years later, Gus, you must have been starting to worry. We had pretty much resigned ourselves to being childless. And as far as I know almond flour had nothing to do with it, but it was always fun trying..... Gus
