Hi everyone

I suffer from gastroparesis (due to damage from a tummy bug), and since I know a number of diabetics also have problems with it I thought I'd post here about it.

Since I only had problems from time to time and the specialist could only offer a med which was useful when I was suffering from a long bout of it, I pretty much just suffered with it. Lately however I've started using ginger and it's fantastic, it really kick starts my innards and deals with the problem.

Here is the journal article http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18403946

So if anyone here has gastroparesis problems I recommend trying it!
