Hi,

After to have read cryingoverspiltmilk website, I am pretty sure than my baby has reflux, he has a lot of symptoms.

But one is quite strange to me, after to be fed on the breast, if I put him upright he vomits, I need to wait and put him upright quite slowly to avoid a big vomit but he will spilt. Usually I have a very strong noise from the tummy like lot of bubbles.

If I change the nappy closed after the feed, he will spilt as well.

I am wonder if this ring a bell to someone and if you have any tips to help, it looks quite painful for him.

Thanks.

It sounds like he has wind trapped under his milk - which when it tries to come to the top, pushes out any milk on top.

Maybe if you try winding more frequently during feeding, this will improve.

http://www.cryingoverspiltmilk.co.nz/bul...feeding-basics/ some of these links may give you other ideas on how to decrease wind.

Thanks a lot Roz for your support, it is going worse and worse.

I will try to wind him more often, but he is not easy to wind, let see.

Thanks again!
