Hi, I posted this question under my bottle feeding post, but just in case it is missed, i would really appreciate info on dosage rates.
4 month old - 5 kgs - baby seems to be ona very low dosage - just got it prescribed today by gp - he is taking 2 mg once a day. Seems to have a sudden, very bad, case of reflux. Really off his bottle, won't drink very much at all.

I googled the dosage he was prescribed and it seems very low - as it is only 0.4 mg/kilo??

NEed some urgent help please as baby is in a bad way - not drinking much at all :-( Keeping a close eye on intake/dehydration, at thsi rate I think we might be going into hospital tomororw. But i figure if the omeprazole dosage isn't right, that won't help!!
