I have just joined the community(first post), I have had colitis for 2 years and for the last few years I have had it under control. I am looking forward to contributing in the community, but first I'd like to make people aware of a great website I have stumbled across:

I don't work for them, this isn't advertising - but I subscribe to their blog, and they have recently hit the 1000 patient survey response(1000 people responded on the effectiveness of various treatments) threshold on Crohn's and I am really interested to see what is working out there for people with Colitis but so far there are only 100 responses.

I have actually updated the treatment section myself with some of the stuff I am using, maybe it will give you some idea's.
