Quiet in here again...

I am home again today with a sick boy frown really high fever its horrible i cant do anything to make him feel better apart from pamol every 4 hours!

I have decided not to go with a bassinet and just put him straight into a cot. My sisters nearly finished with hers and said she is happy to pass it on to us smile which is awsome cause its white and has the changing table to go with it STOKED!!!!!

I had forgotten how much stuff i had given her to use when i had finished with it with my boy so its awsome now to know what we dont have to worry about buying as most of it is still in really good condition. smile

How is everyone else doing???

Hope all is well with you all smile

Oh and yay for all the summer stuff starting to come in.. Pumpkin patch had some really cute white overalls that i wanted and they had 20% off untill the end of the day might have to go get them once been at the doctors..

How is your DS now Lee? Hope he is 100% again! That's great your sis has more of your baby things than you realise, more money to spend on clothes wink

All going ok here. Weekly appointments and scans now to keep an eye on everything. He put on 87 grams in the space of a week so is growing well hat

Was at a birthday party yesterday and got lots of comments on the size of my bump rolleyes Do you ladies find that everyone thinks they are an expert? rofl
Mind you I would rather have a 'big' bump than be this pregnant and people not be able to tell!

I was chatting with one person and she mentioned that they had trouble getting pregnant and she was really sick in the first tri. Turns out they had to try for 3 months to get pregnant and she threw up 4/5 times a week till 13 weeks. Interesting some peoples perspectives of difficulties!
DH asked me why I didn't tell her what trouble getting/staying pregant and being really sick is actually like but I just said that I wouldn't wish our troubles on anyone and would prefer her to stay innocent!

Hey smile

That's good you get monitored closely after all you have been through, it is really amusing when people think they are the most worse off than anyone else and really have no idea!

Yes more money for clothes for our little man I'm excited to start setting his room up smile

Only 3 more months of work wohoo!! That's if I last that long smile

Hi all,

Trucking along here, have had two sick girls and DH with a cough too so it's been a long week. I haven't gotten it yet (touch wood) although have been feeling a bit blocked. Really tired and the heartburn has been in full swing this week! I've been having these horrible heart palpitations for a while now and was hoping they'd gone as I hadn't had any for a week or so but they're back again. Ob says they're nothing to worry about and a lot of women get them in pregnancy due to the changing hormone levels. They just feel a bit weird. I do tend to get them after I've eaten so think they could be heartburn related.

Anyway, other than that, it's all going along nicely. Told my boss I'd be leaving second week of next term and she was fine with that so thats good, can't wait!!! It's getting so close!

Hope everyone else is doing well.

Bex

Hi everyone!

Is everyone over on the November board now? I'm so slack and haven't been here for a while!

Everything going along nicely here, had a growth scan and found out I'm having another girl, am over the moon! smile

I hear you all on the heartburn, and I loooove spicy food, not a good combination! Funnily enough chocolate seems to help, no good for the weight gain though, I have put on 18kgs! Beat that! A bit alarming to put on so much so fast, but my midwife said it's OK as I was very underweight to begin with (was 47kgs)

Hope everyone is well, we have all come so far, is it just me or have the last couple of months flown by rather quickly? Trying not to take my pregnancy for granted in case it's my last!

Love and hugs to you all xxx
