Have just started taking these...anyone else?
Have you noticed a difference in menopausal symptoms?

I found them absolutely fantastic, stopped the hot sweats and mood swings and really balanced me out...the only complaint was they made me retain a bit of fluid. I think they take about 3 weeks to work but I noticed the difference before then
