Has anyone heard of or used a bioptron for asthma?

havent used one for asthma but used one while pregnant and it was good, I say worth a try cant do any harm especially during winter,
is it for a child? as ive heard they seem to work well with children.

Yes, it is for my 5 year old and my 1 year old is also showing signs of wheezing when he has a cold.

yep they are expensive! we were just borrowing one.
my dh looked on trade me but they are still quite expensive.
