Goals day1:
eating: the packet of crisped called me

and I only managed 4 glasses of water.
exercise: to knackered by the time I went to bed, but did a lot around the garden

metime: had a looooong shower instead, couldn't be bothered cleaning the bath.
Today's goals - day2:
eating: make healthy choices, 5 glasses of water. (at least the packet of crisps are gone

)
exercise: exercycle while DS is in bed

metime: decided to rather do - domestic goddess wannabee goal cause I seriously lack motivation in doing anything in the house lately and it might become a health risk, so domestic goddess: clean bathroom (and have nice bath tonight),kids room and vacuum.
