Hi!

I have a wedding to go to in 8 weeks time from tomorrow so I am going to start a mission tomorrow. I've tried a few times this year and failed every time so maybe being accountable will help me...


So My plan is to post each evening with plans for the following day and how I went with my goals for that day. Each of my daily posts will be broken down into:
Exercise Goal
Food Goal
Me Time Goal

I think the me time goal is important because I have been feeling really deprived recently of time, money, clothes etc so have compensated with food. My making Me time a goal every day I should feel better about everything (I hope). I am also hoping that by taking a day by day approach I won't get distracted by the distance of my goals. Day by day at this stage - little steps....

Goals for Tomorrow

Exercise: Take dog for 30 minute walk


Eating: Only eat 21 weight watchers points. Make sensible, conscious food choices


Me Time: Long shower/get ready without kids interrupting - pruning, exfoliating, style new haircut, fake tan legs


Challenges: Dinner at best friend’s house. Wine will be involved and she is cooking...


Mantras For the Day: I choose to eat the foods that I know are good for me; fitness is better that food.

Cool!!

Ok my goals:
eating: stay away from the cookies, junkfood and chocolate in the cupboard and drink at least 6 glasses of water.
exercise: 20min on exercise bike (lets start with babysteps!)
metime: having a long soaking bath smile
Challenges: not eating the whole slab of chocolate in the cupboard cause its an alternative to wringing clingy boy's neck!!
So far I've had 2 glasses of water and no junkfood! laugh

star you've done well!!

Goals day1:
eating: the packet of crisped called me oops and I only managed 4 glasses of water.
exercise: to knackered by the time I went to bed, but did a lot around the garden whistling
metime: had a looooong shower instead, couldn't be bothered cleaning the bath.

Today's goals - day2:
eating: make healthy choices, 5 glasses of water. (at least the packet of crisps are gone smile )
exercise: exercycle while DS is in bed fingersx
metime: decided to rather do - domestic goddess wannabee goal cause I seriously lack motivation in doing anything in the house lately and it might become a health risk, so domestic goddess: clean bathroom (and have nice bath tonight),kids room and vacuum.

Right new day: whatchit and no junkfood!!

Uh oh! Off the rails here! Stayed home with kids yesterday so didn't get to do my training session then forgot my gear today!!! Currently enjoying wine and crackers...

Back on the wagon tomorrow I think....

Same here!! Not that I really got on the wagon unsure I think the biggest challenge for me this weekend would be to stay away from cheese, crackers, wine and then finally CRACKLING!

I think I'll give myself off the weekend and start up again on Monday - otherwise I'll just hate myself!
