fryingpan fell off my wagon today - the temptation of a weekend of naughtiness was too much. Got into holiday mode by morning tea time with a cheese scone, and have just cracked open a beer after a month off booze.

This weekend is a guilt free diet-write off for me. Back on track on Monday even though its a public holiday.

went to gym and had body analysis done, not too bad, however weight was up due to being slack and just having eaten lunch. Muscle was 52.2kg, body fat 30.7% so not too bad. Healthy range.Apparently my body age from that though is 30 so were out to change that. Want it to be 20 by the time I turn 20 in April. So bring on the protein apparently.
Goal for next 8 weeks
Weight - down to 73kg (currently 77.9kg)
Body fat under 28%
age under 27.
No carbs after lunch
More protein
continue exercise 6-7 times a week
No fast food or alcohol.

Today-
Execise- nill, long shift at work
food- no carbs after lunch (however devoured a peanut butter and jam snadwich on white bread this morning as well as eggs on toast so need to watch carbs in general.)
me time - catching up on washing

goal for the next 8 weeks:
weight: reach 60kg
body fat: reach 24%
exercise: be able to run for 30mins after 2hour cycle
mind: enjoy my new work (studies) find a newer direction
happiness: work fewer hours and see more of the kids.

Beee:
I have "Balance' whey protein powder mixed with either water or Protein enhanced Rice milk which I have every other day for either breakfast or lunch with fruit. Pushes the daily protein up higher than you can get it any other way. Also has given me a lot more energy.

hey pp! Welcome back, Im keen to get going again too. Been stuck on 78ish (varying from 77.8 and 78.2kg) been working heaps again, 12 hour shifts, but been doing some exercise most days and also painting my room and sanding etc so always moving, also eating better excpet for dinner tonight - curry. So rather annoyed weight isnt moving, also having a lot more protein. Hips are down to 93cm though, waist 75.5cm so have lost a tiny bit.
Tomorrow-
food - brekky is egg white omelete, lunch stir fry, dinner chicken salad. Snacks protein shakes
exercise- not sure as I got stung on back of head so not too sure as I react badly. Hopefully gym and more painting plus work

wave hi all!

Yip, baby arrived safely in September - it was a bit intense 2hour labour, still shudder when I think about it! He is absolutel gorgeous and just a dream baby, rarely cries, slept through from around 1month! (is great, but I sort of bargained on bf x2 during night and losing weight grin )

Think I'll just start with posting on here - with no real goals. Still feeding the little man at the moment, so don't want to muck that up. Should help me to eat more healthy to begin with.
