fell off my wagon today - the temptation of a weekend of naughtiness was too much. Got into holiday mode by morning tea time with a cheese scone, and have just cracked open a beer after a month off booze. This weekend is a guilt free diet-write off for me. Back on track on Monday even though its a public holiday.

Hey PP, welcome back. Congrats on your baby's safe arrival - what did you have and when?
Things are a bit quiet on here. But if you want to get posting again, I'll join you.

hi all! Yip, baby arrived safely in September - it was a bit intense 2hour labour, still shudder when I think about it! He is absolutel gorgeous and just a dream baby, rarely cries, slept through from around 1month! (is great, but I sort of bargained on bf x2 during night and losing weight ) Think I'll just start with posting on here - with no real goals. Still feeding the little man at the moment, so don't want to muck that up. Should help me to eat more healthy to begin with.
