Mistwood for a kitten!! for good eating!! Memphis Belle hope you could spoil yourself a little last night after being so busy. I think that's my biggest problem, I used to be busy with work all day - and there's no food. No I'm at home with the kids, and always eating - just to do something. (and finishing their scraps!) Wednesday Actual: Exercise managed 20min on exercycle (doing the program that somebody mentioned on the "erxercycle for weightloss" thread) Eating: ok, I guess, but could be better. Metime:toes looking better now! Thursday Actual: Exercise: trying for another 20min on exercycle - didn't realise how unfit I really am!! Eating: 18 points (need to get this point thing under control - at the moment I'm looking at MB, and think I can eat that!) Metime: Looking after a friends two boys today, so don't think there's going to be any of that! Think I really need to concentrate on getting fit again!! No wonder I'm so tired and feel rundown all the time - I'm just a lazy slob!!!

Morning! for the great eating on Wednesday Memphis Belle! Hope your day is better today! Mistwood, to being a stepford wife! But I don't think any of them is overweight! Thursday actual: Eating kids chicken nuggets for lunch, spag bol for dinner, loads of snacks in between (but very proud that I only took one smallish helping, and it was delicious!!) Exercise 15 minutes exercycle - man I need to get that to at least 20 minutes, but soooooo unfit! Metime: lovely time with DH! Friday plan Eating: healthy food choices, small serving sizes, loads of water! Exercise: aiming for 20 minutes on exercycle! (and need to get fun exercise for my lovehandles!) Metime: going to get stuck in the garden! Challenges: meeting friend in town for coffee, and will be tempted by all the yummy things (and probably going to Mcdonalds so the kids can play) What's the plan for the weekend - do we let it go again, or do we stick with it - so hard over weekends I've found!

My weight loss is going ****! Seems completely plateaued, not how I'm going to magically drop 5kgs in 2 weeks, is it?! PP that's part of my problem - dressed I look quite good now, the 5kgs I've got to lose would help me look better naked. So the dress is a size 12, not sure if you count a 12 as fat? You've got higher standards than me if you do. So, knowing that I already look *nearly* great, its hard to motivate myself to lose the last tiny bit. And now that I am biting the bullet and trying to get it shifted after a few weeks of apathy, there is no response from my scales (or my thighs!) Just been pretty good at the morning tea - had scones but no butter, no cream, just jam. Felt like I was depriving myself anyway

MB - not quite, you were looking at my BMI, have lost just under 25kgs, but yes, it is a big difference already. I like working out lost weight in kids too, its more than my 6 year old, or my 2 year old and 11 month old put together!

Oh man, Mistwood that is incredible, I think the last 5 is the hardest to drop!! 12 is not fat at all, most people look freakin hot when they wear a 12!!
And yes, I look quite ok with clothes (specially winter clothes) on but not so good without it. Most people give me the "you don't need to loose weight you're tiny" comment. but I know how much I'm suppose to weigh - and its 10kilos less that the scales say. I've always been tiny and never had to loose weight before, so finding this really hard!!! And 10kilo's is a lot on my body - its all on the middle and my back? Thank you little man, you made mommy fat!!
MB - I LOVE caramelslice!
Its just got to happen!! I think for me fitness comes first!
