Hey, Sorry, I haven't been on all day. I'm so busy at the moment with work and home, I don't even have time for washing, I have to get a washing fairy to do it for me. Thank the maker for laundry and dishes fairy.
Still more spotting today but no pain or tenderness like the last couple of days. I'm waiting for it though, you don't know when the rug is going to get snapped out from under your feet. Still no news about a scan date either. Probably wont hear from them till the end of the week anyway.
Hope everyone else has had a relatively stress free day heart

I was a bit last week too, ya know the 'risks' of surgery etc. I went into the other 2 totally not expecting them to end in surgery unsure This week however I am at that point in pregnancy where continuing to be pregnant is more scary than the surgery giggle

Seagull if you find that fairy - send her my way will ya wink Sorry you are still having spotting awww Hope you get that scan date sooner rather than later!

Congrats Addison, hope the next 8 months or so are boringly normal for you luck

wave

have been lurking rather than posting lately, busy busy busy but have also been overly paranoid of late, esp with symptoms lessening by the day (like somebody else, seagull perhaps?) but have just had my scan today (was meant to be friday but they moved it forward) and i am pleased to say bubs was very wriggly with a hb of 166/168bpm excited only 3 wks to go till the next one, im sure i will be plenty paranoid again by tomorrow haha

had to go into the scan by myself and was very scared, couldnt look at the screen till after he told me there was a heartbeat whew

i got two pics, but they look like blurred blobs as litttle bean would not keep still laugh

anyway seagull i hope your scan is just as lovely as mine was fingerscrossed

socks, awesome news of your scan cheer

renz, is there any chance of your placenta moving between now and birth? i dont quite understand the levels of severity of PP, but i know my cousin had PP and it had shifted sometime along the way so she was able to birth naturally fingerscrossed you join that club yes

geckoe kiss when is your next scan lovely?

yay addison, fantastic news cheer

nimbus i just read your post in april mtb, hope you are resting and the sickness is keeping itself in check fingerscrossed

best go do some stuff before bubs wakes up wave to anybody i have missed

Clueless, there are 4 levels of PP, 1 is completely covering cervix (what mine is), 2 is partially covering, 3 is marginally covering, and 4 is low lying. Usually the partial/marginal or low lying move up out of the way in time, but the complete stays put.

yay for your great scan! yahoo

Scan date arrived late yesterday. I'll have my next scan at exactly 10 weeks, so really looking forward to it.

lizzyb, good luck with MW today. I'm quite achey lately too. (stretching and growing yes )

Seagull, 10 weeks is a lovely time to have a scan. At that stage you see a body and head and little biddy arms and legs. So cute! Exciting. Hope that spotting is staying away for you.

I had a specialist appt today re my placenta. They said it could still move. rolleyes so many conflicting stories. But all good. they want to scan me at 32 weeks to check. Meantime treat my pregnancy as 'normal'. So that's good. I have a scan next week which is a follow up from my anatomy scan (checking heart) so will have a sneaky look then at placenta too. grin
