Glad to be hearing lots of good news!

I've been booked in for my c-section on 1 October (at 38 weeks) unless something happens before then. Got an anaesthetist appointment next Thursday, so hopefully I'll feel a lot better about it all after that (had a really bad adverse reaction to the epidural last time).

Congrats on your blue one, lizzyb!

Still rubbishy mucus today and feeling a little bit tummy tender this evening frown Talked to my midwife about it and she was not really concerned and wanted to wait for scan next week. In saying that though I did have a positive interview with her so that's good.

Saw that MP has lost her baby bawling I'm so sorry honey heart

Due for a scan late Tuesday, renz smile Went and had fasting bloods and a triple test taken this morning. I'm glad for my cup of decaf and marmite toast afterward!

So gutted to read of your news MP sad

Look forward to reading about your scan on Tuesday Seagull.

wave all you other gorgy paranoid mums to be.

Thanks for your kind wishes on Olive's arrival. Can't believe she is a week old today eek The planned c-section was a bit of a nightmare compared to my 2 previous emergency ones. Olive was really high, nowhere near my pelvis, and they couldn't reach her, on the third attempt with forceps they managed to get her out. She wasn't ready at 39weeks for sure. My hospital birth notes say 'prolonged, difficult delivery' and she ended up in NICU for 5hours on CPAP, not ideal at all. I had planned to have a tubal ligation at the same time as my c-section and the nature of the birth made me so very sure I am done having babies. 3 gorgeous wee blessings and no more pregnancy/delivery paranoia for me heart hat

Oh sorry to hear it wasn't that nice Poppit, but I'm so jealous that you are content and have that 'done' feeling. I can't wait to have that feeling myself! What a gorgeous wee family you have. heart
