I'd love to join in a bit late.

I'm 63.6 kg this morning, and my 8 week goal is 62 kg. My ultimate goal is 60, but with a bit of muscle instead of the roll of fat around my tummy!

Whoa Maquis the charts are SO impressive! WOW! guitar

My start weight was 60kgs, the past Wed weigh in I was 59.5kg. Hoping to get back to pre-prego weight which was 53kg.

Got AF coming tomorrow though so thinking that this Wed weigh in wont be a good one even though i have been really trying this past week with exercise and watching my snacks.
For me it takes about 2-3 weeks to start seeing real results. Will keep plodding away! Used to weigh myself everyday but that got faaaaar too depressing so the Wed weigh in is good. Feeling much better though about everything - think the act of just doing something about your weight makes you feel so much better! If that makes sense!!!

yahoo Well done to all those losses - awesome effort esp considering we are all looking after little ones!! allhail

Keep kicking (sore) butts everyone!! grin

Bad weekend eating wise. September is a tough one. So many of my family have birthdays (Dad, 2xBIL, FIL, DS, Me, my sister and my nephew is early Oct) so that means a lot of cake giggle

I've slacked on the exercise, will try and do some tomorrow. Not holding out much hope for a huge loss on Wednesday though but maintaining is good.

I find weekends quite hard as our routines change and we are more likely to get takeaways or eat on the run and things. Its harder to keep track.

Know what you mean about those full on bday months Kiwimum, for us it is August so I am relieved to be getting to the end of it! I only allowed myself one piece of cake - my 80 y/o grandmother baked a cake and drove it out to me, how could I say no!? smile

We are all full of colds again frown so exercise this week has been pretty minimal, I can only manage half my walk before I'm wheezing and gasping for breath and have to turn around and plod home, so not expecting much of anything from the scales this week.

Off to Fiji on Saturday yahoo so will miss next weeks weigh-in.

Keep up the good work everyone!

64.9kg. so no change from last week. Hardly surprising given the weekend I had and the lack of exercise. Must keep on and do it.

82kgs for me today, so that is a 1kg loss since last Wednesday, surprised tho as I haven't been that good over the last couple of days, I had a wisdom tooth out on Monday and was so starving after the surgery I pigged out on anything soft I could find in the pantry (so naughty).

No change for me this week, but I did have a VERY slack time over the last 7 days - no exercise at all and some not great food choices, so at least it's not a gain!

Well done on the losses ladies - and yay for going down a "decade" m0m03w!!! And hugs for those with gains. Onwards and upwards! Or downwards as the case may be fingersx

Good one mom03w, it must feel great to get to the 50's again!!

I am 58.3kg today. I think it might be water loss though?? Cos no exercise being done here. Or it might be stress from DS1's asthma?

Hope the weather is better next week and we all get back to exercise/routine.

Up to 65.3 for me! sad Had PILs visiting, and although I was careful, I couldn't keep to my 1200 cal limit that I normally allow myself... Will keep at it. This week's challenge is to drink more water - haven't been staying well enough hydrated, and I read somewhere that you need lots of water to burn fat!

WD to those whose weights are down this week - hoping for a great week for all of us!

Cheers,
-Tracy

Thanks all. Nice work to those with losses, bummer for the gains - weather has been crappy so am hoping it clears for you all next week. Good luck for the next weigh-in. Will be back here in a couple of weeks.

Oops, I'm late but hopefully Maggie hasn't got back from the school run yet to do the stats wink

Down an enormous 200 grams here to 63.4 kg. Have been walking lots, and went into a running shop and ogled gadgets, which must be why I lost 200 g...

m0m03w that is awesome that you're in the 50s! And Hellie, 1 kg is great too!

Hope everyone has a good week. It's funny reading about your weather getting better, because we're heading into autumn on this side of the world and it's Icebreaker weather.
