This is probably a stupid question to ask......but we are avoiding products with Caitlin that contain soy, but reading the manufactured foods database it lists some of the foods as being'ok' that I have not been giving Caitlin. I have been avoiding anything that contains 'soy or soy protein'. Whats the difference between soy and soy protein? Do I need to avoid both or just products with soy?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Will post this on the allergy site as well.

Thanks heaps
