Big hugs Twinnine Mummie - and you do know what's best for your girls! And I wouldn't trust the school either from what you've said.
All the best with finding a new school for your girls - and hope they're not too unsettled with everything that has happened!
Thinking of you!

Oh Sarah ... Ive only just caught up with this thread frown How sad for you to be going through all this ....

If you dont trust the school - and their ability to deal with these issues - then I think your right - you need to change schools. Go have a chat to the principle of your proposed school - and see what she has to say about the whole situation and how it was handled.

Its quite a big situation to be dealing with ... make sure you look after yourself too - do you have someone you can talk to ? Can you ask your GP to be refferred to a counsellor or similar ? Or any of the ppl you have help from to do with PR ?? Id just hate for it to all get on top of you ... its a pretty stress filled situation frown

grouphug and ditto to what Kamox said. I would move too as it sounds as if they have a formed opinion of your girls and that isn't nice.

Been to the new school today, had a meeting with the principal at 12.30pm, and what a great lady she is yahoo
Still a really low roll school, only about 180 kids there, but i felt really at ease with her.

I didn't put current school down, just said it was a communication thing, and wanted the girls moved away from a few little girls that i didn't want them playing with as we had had problems.

The girls start on monday. Going to pick up some second hand uniforms on thursday, only have to get the t-shirt and a new hat yahoo

Feel like a huge weight has lifted off my shoulders.

Fantastic news, do the girls currently have a school uniform? you might be able to sell that and make a win on it smile be nice to have a little win somewhere along the lines laugh

Hopefully this is the beginning of a turning point for the family laugh

Hey SM - Girls will be wearing there shorts to new school, just have to buy red polo, which i have today....kmart $6 each, plus they have a second hand stock at school, which im checking out in thursday.

Ill ask a few people at the school on thursday if they want to buy any of the girls tops for $5 each, so not a big deal.

nothing has a school emblem(?) on it, so i can buy anywhere.
Just has to be navy or red, so we will buy a polar fleece from kmart as well, nice and cheap for $10 each yes
Ive got a few of the school books today, and ill sort the rest out next week, or in the weekend if i can find them

Girls and us are going to met the new principal this after noon. She wants to go over rules etc with the girls at her school.

Current principal told new one about whats been happening, i wanted to leave it for a few days before i talked about it, i did tell her about issues with friends.

I wanted to give the girls a fresh start, but oh well, hopefully after this meeting the girls will listen and understand.

Ive been told by new principal that her and current one get on really well and that current one is a hunny rolleyes not something i wanted to hear, but i find the new principal easy to talk to

Thanks SM, they had a great day at school.

Seemed really happy when they came over to work, so that was great.

They got to go swimming as well, as the school has a pool
