I guess it is like anything like this (giving up smoking etc), in that by failing you have already succeeded, because you have got started, and all it means is that the next time, or the time after that you will be more determined to not fail.

I have to remember tomorrow is Monday, its a public holiday here, and Ive had a bad weekend (hyatt, dinner out, breakfast lunch on the run, AF binge eating... gym closed because of ANZAC day and holiday tomorrow... BAD BAD BAD me ...)

Hi Losers - my final weigh-in was the same as last week. Although I have been quite disciplined this week I think AF is just around the corner so thats what Im blaming my lack of scales movement on!

well, i finished BL at my original goal weight,. however i had tweaked my actuall goal weight when i realised how many extra jiggly bits i have now. so hopefully another 3kgs will fix those bits up.

Hi all, well not a good end to BL14 for me I put on 300g but am keen to keep on for Bl15 need to lose another couple of kilos if not more by 12th June, as have BIL's 40th to go to so that is a good goal.

I'm in for BL15, too - I was slack arsed for this last one and I am not impressed with myself. But onwards and upwards, with all of your support - especially Bec and Kel and *LS* all supporting me - I know I can do it
