Just to let new comers know how it works, every monday you PM me your new weight, and i make a list of percentages of weight lost or gained, and post it on the 'results' thread. no actual weights will be posted for public viewing!!!

Chat on the BL14 thread for inspiration and motivation.

Results will be posted at 8pm monday night, so please have your weights to me by 7:30pm at the latest.

Have dropped a couple of kilos over summer, but a photo taken of me by my 6 year old this week has given me the full motivation to get dieting. B@@bs bursting out of too-tight bra, back fat exploding forth from equally tight back bra strap -just not the Yummy Mummy look I so desire!

Two days ago I started Sandra Cabot's Liver Cleansing diet. Have bought the LivaTone tonic (at great expense I might add) and some magnesium supplement, as recommended in her book. Have a bit of a headache today, so toxins must be starting to eliminate!! There are a fair few in my poor sluggish liver. Mainly from fine cheese and wine

Thought if I came on here I might be motivated to last more than a week on a diet!

Right, I am in again. Have lost 5kgs (aprox) on BL13 but want to double that weight loss! (At least!)

Even though I didn't do that well in BL13... though end result was less than when I started but only just! I will continue with BL14 and will TRY to make an effort to chat more in the main thread though I find that hard as am at work all day and then the evenings disappear

Right I am back, yet again BL13 was a bit of a write-off for me but nevermind.

I will be doing weight watchers (just doing it at home) and counting points and tracking my food intake.

I really struggled getting into the right headspace in the BL13.

But I am determind to do better this challenge.

I would love to join in but don't have any scales to do my weight and won't be able to get any most likely before tuesday and I don't know of anyone who has one so I could use.

Allright...I will do this this time and stick to it see how things go...

It's no problem, you can always PM your start weight once you get hold of some scales, it will just mean that your first week will be a few days shorter.

Yep, as Goat said, you can pm your start weight any time.

i personally reccomend the 30 dollar glass step on scales fromt he warehouse. I have had mine over a year and they are still accurate, even with daily weighing from me and regular from DH.

Lonley bear you could go to a pharmacy, alot of them have scales you can use..

I asked one of the neighbours if they have some scales I could use and sure enough. Will pm my weight in.

felicis the glass scales at the warehouse is the one we are planning to get, and not bad for #29.99.

OK, I am gonna take the plunge too! My scales are the old fashioned sort that only show whole kg's, so maybe Ineed to shout myself some fancy digital ones
