Having real trouble with my bowels so am hoping that is contributing somewhat to the gains!

I think I'm down 500g, but forgot to weigh myself until after breakfast.

Sorry, I have been away for a while, and my weight loss has been non-existant, actually I have gained a few kgs so I am signing up for BL20 to see if that helps me regain my weight loss mojo.

Up to 62.5kg here thanks to comfort eating and the earthquake.

Will try and get more motivated this week with things calming down a bit here.

I have no idea what I weigh. Haved moved house and now have no scales! Will try and get a pair though am quite liking not knowing! Did Round the Bays today and ran it in an hour flat so am really happy with that.
