Oh, and this Wednesday is our final weigh-in for the challenge. Who's in for another one? Same thing again - six weeks?

Don't forget to update your tickers (on pg 1 of this thread)! smile

Bella I am the same I haven't really lost anything either, not in the right head space either. I don't know how I lost 20kgs some days.

I'm keen to go another round. I put my ticker in my signature to try and motivate myself.

I think I will be on this rollercoaster for some time yet, but thats ok... took a whole lot more than 9 months to go on, so will take a while to get off again.

Am really sorry I have been MIA frown My mum and sis and nephew arrived from NZ on Tuesday and I have been flat tack and not able to get to the computer. Have not even weighed myself this week, probably a very good thing too!

Anyway, will update our stats in the next day or so.

BellaB, am keen for another challenge after this one!!

Yay! jumping Let's get rid of this baby phat! grin

Still going pretty well today on the food front. Exercise is another story - have to give myself a big kick up the backside on that one! It's a long weekend here, though (Monday's a holiday) so hopefully I'll at least get out to walk and perhaps even attempt a bit of gardening! grin

Okay, I did weigh myself yesterday (thu) morning and it was 62.9, so a gain but nowhere near as bad as I thought. Just been out for a very yummy dinner, so that'll be another kilo on rofl

I'm keen for another round, count me in! Though for the last 4 weeks of the next round I'll be in UK, but will try to get on and post weight whenever I can, it will help me stay on track (I hope).

I'm definitely in for another round too, still got lots to lose. Everyone is doing so well, I love seeing all the losses on everyone's tickers smile

Smoochy- You're doing so well! It is kind of hard to see yourself as slimmer isn't it? It's quite hard to change your way of thinking about yourself.

Spain was just lovely (did not want to come back to dreary old Ireland!), had a diet holiday as well as an actual holiday blush but AMAZINGLY the scales said 72.5 kg today excited I did eat lots of antipasto, vegetables and salad though and did some good walks, must have balanced out the bread cheese pasta and pastries.

fingersx I can be good for the next few days and reach 72 kg for the end of the challenge.

Yay Lunna excited I am so glad you had a wonderful time in Spain. You can make it to 72kg my Wednesday I know you can.

I am hoping to make it to 65 by Wednesday fingersx
The unfortunate thing is I have been so very hungry and now I have hurt my back so exercising is out of the picture for this week.

I will do a after pic sometime soon. Get DH to take one of me.

I officially end the challenge with a gain. Up to 62.8kg today. At least I'm somewhat lighter then when I started the challenge.

I had one of those funny weeks of eating well but not exercising and then not controlling my portions too well. Ahhh, I'm back in the one week a loss and the next a gain game. Any suggestions on how to overcome this mental barrier?

How is everyone else doing? I do look forward starting a new challenge as of today.

I officially end the challenge on the same weight as last week! Oh well not surprising after my weekend of pizza and Fish n chips, still not gaining is a good thing and the 5.3kgs loss is better than where i was when i started...

So onward to the next on! kewl

Bummer about the gain Sunflower, but yahoo for being much lighter than 8 weeks ago! I'm also on the lookout for tips to overcome the yo-yo weight loss from one week to the next. The overall picture seems to be of the scales heading downwards so that is all good yes

I am down 500g to 64.7kg. Didn't reach my goal for this challenge of 64kg, but happy to break under the 65kg barrier!

Looking forward to the next challenge, is it for another 8 weeks?

Sounds like you guys have done pretty well overall!! jumping well done.

Well i surprised myself this morning as was 67.7 - down 700grams - i think it must have been all the housework i have done in the past couple of days...(we have a two story house and must have been up and down those dam stairs about 100 times!! ) also what has really helped me is my DH is also on a diet (as he put on some preggy weight too - ha ha ) so nice not to have any bad influences around, and as he is exercising everyday, it is motivating me to do it!

Am looking forward to another round to shift that jelly belly of mine!!

Good luck for everyone else!
