Could easily be related to the reflux. The sneeze might start off the vomit with the force of it, or she could be refluxing as far as her nose which makes her sneeze. The sneezing could also be triggered by environmental allergies.

Although I can't remember Gem sneezing before vomiting, I think given the reflux it is a normal thing.

Ethan sneezes all the time, and then once he's sneezed he will often start gagging and choking and then become very upset, so I assume its because of fluid coming up his throat (he has silent reflux). Poor wee things!

Yes definitely. Finn refluxes out his nose and anything that irritates the nose will make him sneeze. i just noticed him doing it again today actually.
