k-t - Congrats! I can understand that you're in shock and a little worried about how things will turn out. People question me all the time about when I'm going to have any more. I can't even get beyond surviving my two to even THINK about any more!! EVER!!! I'm sure that only having one at a time rather than two would be a LOT easier, but ..... the whole reflux thing and the food intolerances scare the bejeezes out of me .... that baby number 3 is reflux free .... I guess at least you know what to expect and which doctors to see etc. So if bubs has reflux it shouldn't get as bad cause you'd be onto it pretty quick .... Jazzie - gorgeous photos! Most reflux babies don't peak till they're between 4-6 months of age. So it should start to stabilise soon I promise .... we had to keep regularly updating meds till the girls were 5.5 months (I'm sure it would have been sooner if we hadn't tried pears ....) Feeding and sleeping problems are always a good sign for me of reflux getting out of control .... And yes, thank goodness they do sleep at night simply due to exhaustion! It means that we at least get a few hours decent sleep! HannahKate - sounds like a great visit! I don't know if kids/adults ever learn to call it quits when they're tired and something exciting is going on!!! Could tell you many stories about my husband!!! lelo - Just had a realisation today. Claire isn't obviously doing better on the antihistamines like Jess is. She is eating a little more solids, BUT they big thing I just realised, is that when she has bad days they're barely any different in intake to good days! So instead of a good day being drinking 800ml of Neocate, while a bad day is now 700ml, which used to be about 500ml! So it means a LOT less stress for us and her!!! Do you have any ideas about what's causing the excema? How did the haircut go? bri - stink about the apples. One of things I hated most about the food trials was seeing the girls really enjoy eating the new food ... till the pain started then they wouldn't touch it! But knowing that if they didn't react to it they'd be eating so well, and so much more .... it's a hard one .... I'm not planning any more food trials for quite some time .... don't know what it is with these kids, but their little tummies just can't manage much of anything .... Hope luca recovers quickly and drinks some more tomorrow for you. Suomi - sounds like you're really struggling with the whole issue of how big do I want my family to be. Is it partly due to having the embies in the freezer? If you didn't have them, would you still be feeling clucky do you think? I still look at little babies and just imagine all the sleepless nights .... I still get those with my two!!! I sometimes think about how we could fit another car seat in the car though .... Sounds like a good night coming up ... kids free .... mmmmmmm .... sleeping in .... mmmmm ... bliss .... what was that like again?? gutz_cmum2 - isn't it nuts how we have to think about every teeny tiny little thing that can upset these kids? Though I always feel elated when I finally figure it out! Hopefully charli figures out the behaviour isn't acceptable sooner rather than later! My Jess is a little like that ... just when I relax cause I think I've got the behaviour stopped she'll start up again! Just testing mum .... grrrr ... us - well the last 4-5 nights have been awfully crappy for Jess, and last night was the best ever! NOT!!! Didn't get any sleep till after midnight .... and then she woke at least a couple of times before 6am ... so a little tired now .... But I think she's FINALLY got both the eye/canine teeth through ... so the only ones left now are her second molars! So we should get a few months break from Jess's teeth!!! Of course Claire still only has 12 teeth, so she's got a few more to go .... So this morning was really crappy for both girls ... even taking them to Mainly Music didn't perk them up. But when they woke up from their afternoon sleep they've been WONDERFUL!!! So hopefully the rest of the week goes smoothly again. Hi to everyone else. One day down this week, four more till the weekend ....

Evening all HannahKate - sounds like fun had by all over there! Hope James is feeling better today after having a sore tummy and yukkies in his mouth... Lelo - the reason I asked if Leo eats chocolate is that I was going to recommend to you a chocolate cake mix and muffin mix that I JUST LOVE - have you ever heard of 'The Love Cake'? The cake mixes are organic, gluten free, wheat free, dairy free, soy free, nut free and can be made egg free too!!! If Master Leo is into trying this then I definitely recommend it - very easy to make too!!! you can buy them online at http://www.lovecake.co.nz. I don't have allergies but often make these cakes to eat and also have made many while catering for for b'day parties where there are children with allergies. A real big hit as tastes and looks like normal choc cake. If he won't eat it, I'm sure the rest of your family will. Just a thought.... How is wee Leo today? Did he get his hair cut? (if so would love to see a pic of the new Lelo!!) How is the eczema? Hope he has a better night tonight. Will keep thinking about more food ideas...it is keeping me busy...LOL. Bri - HUGS! No good to hear that you have been dealing with sickly children. How horrible that he reacted to apples!! I hope you have more luck with the bottle and his eating today. Fingers crossed for a good nights sleep for you too... I hope you find more foods that Luca will tolerate. Suomi - cluck away!!!! LOL...go on...you know you want another. I will have to bring her round to introduce you to her in person. Maia looks cute only when she is not screaming at me...I had a friend who came to visit at lunch today, thought Maia was just adorable and so well behaved until Maia got tired and started crying....needless to say she didn't stay long once Maia started screaming... YAY that you get a special Fri night out and get to have a sleep in...how exciting!! My DH is no better...all he was concerned with was making sure we made time to visit his Mum on mothers day (I did however get a piece of toast with honey on it....better than nothing!!) Gutz - how are your two today? I hope the change to huggies nappies fixes the rash for Charli. Charli sounds like such a hoot....and she looks like an absolute cutie in the little pic you have of her. Well, Maia had a fantastic morning sleep but as usual things not so great in the afternoon. LC thinks that she could be waking in the afternoons from hunger as the ongoing milk supply issues continue...really thought I had it sorted! Apparently I am not eating enough in my diet....not sure how to fit more food in! Nothing new to report but the same ol behaviour...poor girl was again so tired she fell asleep feeding this evening. At least she is sleeping ok at night. Don't speak to Paed till Wed. That's it from me for now I guess....am in the middle of baking a cake to eat....YUM! Hello to everyone else and hope you have all had a good day.

Dophin - sorry to hear you had such a crap sleep. Fingers crossed you get a better sleep tonight now that Jess's teeth have come through. Its too bad the Claire isn't doing as well on the antihistamines as Jess You are really amazing for having to deal with twins!! I agree....one day down, four more till the weekend.... Sleep tight!!

Jazzie-That cake looks devine! I looked on the site and it says it needs eggs, does it say somewhere they can be replaced? Does it make the cake taste any diff. I have a recipe here for a everything free choc cake too that is just devine! I had it for leo's cake at his 1st bday and noone noticed the diff Leo wasnt interested though grr! I brought the orgran muffin mix and leo wont have a bar of them! Lucky for me DH will eat anything and everything so is eating the baking i did! Would hate to see it wasted after it all costs so much more. Keep the ideas coming, they are all appreciated. I really hope that you get to see the paed this week or at least some more ideas, did u tell me you were using gaviscon?? I hope things settle down today and that Maia has had a good morning. Roz-What is your opinion on gaviscon long term, Leo has been on it every feed since birth, almost? and when asking the paeds they happy for him to continue long term and have lactulose to deal with the constipation. But surely there comes a point where we can trial cutting it out again? We did when he was about 12 months and it was a disaster...Is it usual to stop gaviscon before looking at reducing losec? Hows everything going at your house this week? Dolphin-I hear you on good/bad days! Im happy any day if Leo eats soemthing and has at least 3 bottles of neocate LOL How many are your girls having a day now? Do u think that Claire is any better on the antihist? Its great that Jess has cut all her teeth! I remember the relief when all leos were through! Now were onto the 2 year ones! His gums are so swollen but none have cut yet and not looking forward to it either grrrrrrrrrrrrr! Exceama I have no idea what its from? It started with the advance...to be honest im not sure its ezceama but isnt going away... SO will ask next time we at paed or gp. Do your girls mind taking there antihist?? Sorry to hear that the girls were a misery at music. HUGS and hope the rest of the week improves HUGS Bri-How are things there babe? I hope your night went better babe HUGS Hope to catch you on msn soon Guts-Have you made a decision about the testing? I really hope that Charlie is happier this week adn that your feeling better Hk-HOw are things with James? Is he feeling better? Are you meeting up with kidsx2 again before they head home? Got a text yesterday and sounds like there all having great fun Are there any neat foods available over there that we cant get??? Looking for new ideas for Mr Leo! Aka Tantrum boy LOL Hows the work going? are you feeling better now? HUGS Suomi-Did the cot get disassembled? I dont think i ready for leo to have a big bed LOL But know it has to happen soon. Is your apt for gastro in june? Hows the losec reduction going? I really hope you have some success this time HUGS Fi-How are things going there? Not long now babe YOur making me clucky Us-Another shocking night! Think we were up up every hour if not more. Its days after a bad night where I think ' no more EVER'! I live in hope one day leo will handle food better! LOL I can dream! 3 weeks till we see the immunologist and gastro paed! Not that anyone is counting LOL! Have a nice day everyone

Lelo - sorry you had another terrible night with Leo. I hope he is good for you at least during the day. The Love Cake has a vegan option in which you can make it without eggs, the website has instructions for this. It is still VERY yummy without eggs. I think the muffins are made without eggs, it has been awhile since i've made the muffins so can't remember. Have ordered myself some more though...yum yum. LOL, aren't DHs great...they always eat everything!! If Leo prefers either pureed food or hard food, i.e. crackers, I wonder if you could make waffles and cook them till they are more crunchy...that way it can be eaten like a cracker.
Maia was a misery this morning with her feeding and she got up at 5am to do a massive poo...much fun when I was half asleep trying to clean it off her back and change her...LOL. Had to get DH out of bed to help me...then she thought it was wake time so started to smile and squeal....very cute but not so cute when she did not want to go back to bed. Am not sure why she has started being finicky again with BF but will talk to Paed tomorrow. I have not been using gaviscon as Paed said to try without....does not seem to have made too much difference though. Her sleep has been very disturbed during the day too. It is always so tough trying to figure out if it is a reflux issue or just a behavioural one....

Jazzie-I hear you on the behaviour thing, if only it was clear cut, Isnt it amazing how happy these kids are when there bowels are empty. Leo is so much happier when not constipated and his reflux is so much better without the bowel pressure IYKWIM. I thought maybe the gaviscon would help with the sleep> Just a suggestion. Does Maia wake refluxing? Does that make sense? I know ive said it before but ill say it again, I does get easier! The baby stage is the hardest Do you have her cot or bassinite proped? would she sleep longer in the pram with it slightly tilted? so she more upright? or sleep in a bouncer? or swing. I tried anything and everything with leo to get him to sleep. And the best thing for us was the car or pram which refluxers seem to love or hate. Ill go do my research on the cake doesnt look like I red it to well LOL Huge hugs to you babe! I forgot to mention the haircut! what a drama did u hear the crying from your house! Leo got a cut, not quite what we wanted but we couldnt tolerate the performance any longer LOL I will take some pics when he is up! I am so lucky hes not a girl and we dont need the hair performance on a daily basis! GRRRRRRRRRR HUGS everyone

Sorry I have been MIA. Be back soon. I have been working on a project and it got a bit addictive like a jigsaw puzzle without a picture to work from - writing the bits of code that make it work the best way possible without education to do it. It still needs some tweaks but is now usable. Here is a shortened version of the email I have just sent out to a few. "Gluten Awareness NZ is here! http://www.glutenawareness.org.nz Lets share what we have discovered with each other. Whether you are a business or an individual, add your favourite foods and places, and tell us about yourself or business. Browse through the directory and rate listings. This website needs everyone to contribute in some way to make it a success and I really want to encourage businesses to add themselves. Membership is free. Gluten Awareness NZ is currently being run under the umbrella of Gastric Reflux Support Network NZ for Parents of Infants and Children Charitable Trust (GRSNNZ) and in association with the website Crying Over Spilt Milk http://www.cryingoverspiltmilk.co.nz. This means that if you are already a member of Crying Over Spilt Milk you already have access to Gluten Awareness NZ. Login and participate!"

Jazzie - it's not uncommon for mums with "normal" babies to have supply issues later in the afternoon. I know many who top their kids up with a bottle just to keep them settled in the late afternoon when they have to do tea etc. Is it worth giving bubs a bottle to top up? That way you can be sure that it's hunger that's the problem and not the reflux ... Also, at Maia's age it's not likely to be a behavioural issue just yet. So if she's playing up with feeding and sleeping them it's more likely to be a reflux issue ... And yes it WILL get better!! For all the work that my two are now I just love this age! Wouldn't swap for the first 6 months for all the money in the world! lelo - my two are still on 5 bottles a day ... .... mainly cause Claire doesn't drink big bottles. Most will be around 120ml, while Jess drinks 200ml+ regularly. We've tried dropping bottles to make Claire drink more at each bottle and it doesn't work unfortantely .... ... looking forward to the day when i can drop a bottle or two .... The girls are REALLY good about taking any meds thank goodness. All meds go down easy. Except for when we used to give them pamol ... but that was cause they reacted to it. How's leo with taking meds? Any ideas why last night was so bad? that tonight is better ... I function sooooooooooooooo much better with a good night's sleep .... Takes me about 2 days to recover from 1 bad night. Don't know how you manage it .... how are you going with not giving leo bottles at nighttime? Or do you still do it to top him up? Suomi - Poor Emily ... she's had a lot of problems with her ears hasn't she? I guess you won't be doing a losec reduction any time soon then ... Is she back on AB's? I can't believe how lucky I've been that my two haven't had any ear infections, especially as they're meant to be pretty common with reflux ... Would love to do another catch up if you're orgainising it ... Today has been a shocker for us. Took the girls out for a short walk this morning and it resulted in Claire refusing to go to sleep at lunchtime even though she couldn't keep her eyes open. After 30 minutes of lying in her cot she started screaming and woke Jess up. So I threw both of them in the car and took them for a drive. At least Claire fell asleep .... so all up Jess managed 30 minutes sleep, Claire had 45 minutes, and I had NO time to even eat lunch. So it meant the girls were super grumpy by late afternoon .... by the time DH got home I handed over and dissappeared to deal with all the things that hadn't been done yet. Jess also has eaten barely anything, so that 16th tooth which isn't quite through is still really bugging her. She had a good sleep last night thank goodness, but I'm not expecting tonight to be great given how much she's been chewing on her fingers this afternoon .... On the good side the plunket nurse came through this afternoon (early afternoon when they were ok) and weighed and measured them. Jess is now 9.88kg and 79.5cm and Claire is now 9.37kg and 79cm. So Claire has done a big catch up in height! Jess is on the 45th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for height. Claire is on the 30th percentile for weight (YAH!!!! YAH!!!!!!) and the 70th percentile for height. So I'm soooooo stoked!! Those anithistamines are GREAT!!!! They've both put on about 250grams in 2 weeks!! WOOHOO!!!!! Still long and skinny, but they're getting a little pot tummy each! Sooooo nice to FINALLY see some fat on their bones!!! so much hard work gone into that!

Have ordered some love cakes - be interesting to see what they taste like - thanks for that Ian is still a tall streak too Dolphin. Poor Emily - hope her ears settle - we seem to have hit winter harder here too with more colds in the last month than what I have had in the last 2 yrs. Dietician on Monday - to report in on the failed Soy expt - although the 2nd failed one is not really a fair one as that was on the cusp of his cold so it got stopped straight away. And managed to convince Paed that we could do a phone consult for his next appt - seeing as they have scheduled it for 2 days prior to my Due Date. Tried him on a new food tonight - a bit of hummus - so dinner was a disaster, but the hummus was a success. And have been getting him to drink some milk in the bath so he gets a whopping total of 90ml per day - but still that is something. Jazzie - I forget - are you DF? Also have you seen this in terms of supplementing at the breast - the medula Supplemental Nutrition System SNS http://www.breastmates.co.nz/Medela_Specialty_Feeding_Devices.htmlRight - full on nesting atm - got a haircut for me and a WOF for the car today (shame it failed and means I have to go back to town tomorrow with the courtesy car - but better now than in 2 weeks...)

Suomi-I hear you on a shocking night! I so hope that tonight is better. Sorry to hear teaching the older kids didnt go so well.. HOpe you have your fav age tomorrow :)Awwwww hope you can get Emily into the ENT HUGS babe and I really hope tonight is better at your house too :)HUGS Dolphin-Yah about the girls weights I hear you on the hard work Yah for the antihistamines being your magic answer, wish i could find one. Hows the reflux been? Is it under control now??? Sorry to hear the girls required a drive to sleep etc I hope that tomorrow goes better. Imagine how good it will be after all the teeth cut etc. I agree this is a great age Leo is terrible with all medicines. Last nigth nor sure what issue was guessing its the teeth/food issue S T I L L ! I do it cause i dont have a choice LOL and DH is great too! Fingers crossed for a better day tomorrow. Fi-Yah for getting the phone consult, Im sure going to the hospital is last thing you will feel like in next few weeks (unless to have bubs). Must feel great getting things all organised. Grr about the dinner drama, its still pretty much the same here grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr But ill get through it. If only he was eating at break and lunch! We really need to get him eating some more food groups as were getting no where! I hope things get better with Ian soon babe, what did the dietician have to say about the soy trial? Us-Leos a bit of a misery again think its the 2 year molars bothering him hands constantly in mouth and refluxing up a storm. Good news that hes not in pain with the hiccups gulping etc. So were winning. Foods not a happening thing, but thats the norm at present too! Cant wait to hear back from the dietician for more guidence food wise. I have a feeling she is going to want to wait for leos next immunology assessment. Good news here is Leo going to bed for nap/night time so well! (touching large piece of wood). So despite the bad days we are winning thats for sure According to DH the everything free short bread tastes like shortbread LOL We have plumbing drama here tonight, DH decided to let leo sit in bottom of shower and pulled out the waste thing to clean and leo stuck the flannel down it grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so we have a flannel stuck in the pipe! Plumber coming tomorrow at some stage thankfully. Must go to bed before another long night! Playcentre tomorrow (frist time) I hate going to new groups so will be interesting thats for sure. I hope leo loves it. HUGS to all@

Lelo - not sure if Maia is waking from refluxing or not...she goes to sleep without dummy but when she wakes she is furiously trying to get her hands out of her wrap so she can suck them! Her cot is propped up and we have tried the buggy without too much success. Don't think I will ever get her to sleep in her bouncer...LOL...she associates it with play time and will just jabber away in it. Looking forward to seeing Leo with his new hairdo....SO CUTE! All the kids I've looked after in the past scream murder when they get their haircut...funny things. My goddaughter was so bad she came home with half her fringe cut as they couldn't get near her to finish it!! Yes I hear you about it getting easier....it is my light at the end of the tunnel when she is being a misery. Have fun at Playcentre tomorrow and hope Leo has fun. It is just TOO FUNNY about your plumbing drama!! Suomi - sorry to hear that Emily has another ear infection. Good luck with the ENT. A get together sounds great - I think I am finally feeling brave enough to take Maia for an outing now. I guess at least she will be going to a 'reflux' friendly environment! Hope Emily (and you) have a better nights sleep. Dolphin - we are working on getting Maia to take a bottle so we can do top ups....the fussy little tiger will just chew at the bottle teat when she is given it but won't drink...SO FRUSTRATING! She is such a complex creature and it was commented that she appears very developmentally ahead of her age - it was suggested that it could possibly be behavioural as she extremely alert and is SO VERY NOSY that she cannot concentrate on feeding, or she will stop feeding to smile and jabber away before returning for more. Today she was very determined to breastfeed and suck on her finger at the same time...strange girl! A plunket nurse who visited said that a few of Maia's behaviours are more like what 5-6mth old babies exhibit. Although uncommon, LC said it could be the beginning of the teething process... Sorry that the girls were difficult for you today and you had to take them for a drive to get them to sleep - an expensive habit now with the petrol prices!!! So good to hear that they are gaining good amounts of weight now - must be a real relief for you. Maia is a very lean child too measured at 62cm at her last Plunket check (about 75th percentile) but only about 25th percentile for her weight. She doesn't look like she's fading away though which is good. Fi - Great the hummus was a success with Ian!! Let me know what you think of the love cakes when you make it.....I promise they are real yummy. Yes I am DF but never was a big dairy eater anyway. I have heard of the medela supplemental feeder and might borrow one from the LC to try out given little miss is fussy with bottles. Bri - how are your boys doing? Gutz - Charli been good for you today? Hello to everyone else.

Hi all, HK - I am sooooo jeleous of your nice weather!!! I'm not a winter kind of girl. There is some talk of my parents renting a house in Noosa for a bit over winter. Sounds like a good idea for us to tag along Might have to come and visit you if we do! Kids and bathrooms!! We've had several lovely floods around here due to plugs in sinks, running water, and us out! Such a pain as plumbers can be sooooo expensice! Glad to hear the teeth are all on the way through Dolphin. Hopefully then you will get a bit of a break before teh 2 yr molars. Much better night here. Even with her sore ear she is fab at the moment. Such a trooper. I'm loving nearly 2! Right Auckland ladies lets organise anotehr get together. When are you up next Lelo? Maybe we can do something then? Or one soon and another one then? We are definately a reflux friendly environment here! Screaming babies who don't feed are the norm in fact. Let me know what would be good. Better go and do something. We have friends coming for the morning and we are no where near, being even remotely like, being ready to be organised! Housework here I come..... And then the battle to get kids into clothes. Somedays it is easier to leave them in their jammies

Quick one from me - I'm stopping the antihistamines for Claire completely. Yet again she's refused to go down for her sleep, even 2 HOURS after ... took even longer to fall asleep while driving around too ... this is just too reminiscent of christmas day where she reacted to the antihistamines so badly she didn't sleep for 13 hours. I've had to take her out for a drive to get her to sleep way too many times in the last 2 weeks, and that's not even mentioning how incrediably frustrating it is when you can't even get your own child too sleep. Woke up feeling great this morning, then the girls took over ..... hard hard work today. And no break yet 3 hours till DH gets home and counting ....

AWWW Dolphin....big HUGS for you I can only imagine what its like for you....I guess at least you woke up feeling great! That is not good re antihistamines for Claire... it is such a shame she isn't doing as well as Jess in that department. The sleep thing is just so frustrating esp when you know they are SOOOO TIRED. Another cuz you need it!!! HannahKate - please send some warmth this way!! It sure is getting cooler. Am hanging in there with the breastfeeding and trying to make it to when Maia is 5 or 6 months to reevaluate. It just seems like so far away IYKWIM. Hope James is behaving for you Suomi - hope you got your house organised for the visit...LOL... I have given up on housework at the moment...my Mum is here today and has done the ironing for DH...she is just great. Looking forward to meeting all you amazing Mums!! Great to hear that Emily had a better night. Hope the girls are being good for you today. Lelo - how is Leo doing today?? How was playcentre? Having an okay day with Maia - she is still a nightmare to feed but sleeping a bit better. Spoke to Paed this morning and we are upping her Losec a little - now about 13mg per day and see how things go in the next few days. To report to him again on Mon morning. This is so we can eliminate reflux as the cause of her recent feeding/sleeping problems. If upping her dose does not help then we will have to work out if it is something else..... Fingers crossed it works.

hello all
flying in. sounds like things are better for some of you - hooray.
just wanted to say: jazzie, when i was b/f and the cow's milk protein allergy was diagnosed for my daughter, the gastro paed wanted me to cut out all soy as well as dairy in my diet. maybe something to think about? i would take advice though - you might not think you eat a lot of soy but it is in bl**dy everything. soy flour in bread etc and soy lecithin (an emulsifier) seems to crop up in soooo much stuff. so to cut it out of your diet along with dairy would be quite restrictive....
roz what's your take on soy and b/f?
the gastro paed sent me to a dietician (for my own diet) but when i got to the appointment and realised what no dairy and no soy was going to entail i decided to wean my daughter on to neocate. she was 8 mths old by then and i was half dead from all those months of relux and no sleep. the neocate made such a difference, but that's probably also because i had been topping my daughter up with normal formula and feeding her solids with dairy in too. poor little mite, if only i'd known!
soy does seem to be something she is very sensitive to. and apparently there quite a crossover between not tolerating dairy and soy. 30% or something like that.
ok, i've got another question - roz, you know those statistics on subsequent refluxers from the cosm website, where do they come from?? i have to say they don't make very encouraging reading!!!! i have just discoverd that i'm pregnant with number 3, (NOT PLANNED and a bit of a shock) so to read that there was a 99% chance of having another refluxer was not good news.
all i can say is, ladies, you better get mating!!! i need some peer support to get through this. come on suomi, you know you want another..... Breastfeeding dairy free and soy - soy might be fine for some. It was fine for Gem when breastfeeding and needing to be dairy free. However, she could tolerate no soy in her diet at all including soy oils which are often disguised as vege oil. 95% of those who are allergic to soy can tolerate soy oils and lecithin as most of the protein is removed. The stats on subsequent babies and reflux - were inherited from the previous organisation GRASP and I can't remember where they came from. I can try to find out if you want but I'm sorry they appear to be correct.

Dolphin-Im sorry to hear that Claire isnt going so well. I thought antihist were the answer here too but it didnt last. Here's hoping they are the answer for Jess. Could Jess be having issues with the colours/flavours? did she do the pale thing? leo seemed too on them.. but we later found out he had liver issues at the same time? Does Claire sleep at night?? Sorry hundreds of questions, and trying to think of anything that might help you. I hope that you get some decent sleep tonight you must be exausted. HUGE hugs! I hope things go well with the immunologist tomorrow, and he can make more plans for you, and where to next. Did you get a gastro apt? I hope things get easier soon. HUGS Roz-When you get time could u answer the gaviscon question? How are things there this week? HOw are you feeling? Does it take you long to recover from the gluten? How is Gem going? off her meds etc? HK-How did dinner go?? Guts_how are thing there? Fi-Hows Ian going? Are you managing some rest? Do you still see the SLT? Suomi-How did coffee group go? Hope tonight goes better bed wise etc Jazzie-Isnt it hard all this guess work! I live for the day where leo can tell me whats wrong. I hope the losec increase gives you tbe answers. I am so impressed with your paed, they sound very approachable between visits. I hope that you have a good night? Did u work in a pre school you seem to have lots of experience with kids. Any more food ideas? HUGS US-We survived playcentre... Poor leo had to go out and play at the end when they all had biscuits...He didnt try to eat the playdough... so we got off pretty safe really! He had great fun I look forward to our next visit. One of the ladies said Leo should sleep for 3 hours when we got home, from being so tired from playing! They dont know Leo (it was an hour if that LOL). Leos eating is getting worse and hes just so hungry, so will be ringing the dietician next week if i havnt heard from her by then. We've only just got leo down tonight, not sure whats up there but hoping for a better night he must be exausted I am!
